Сегодня, 9 ноября, врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин принял участие в открытии транспортного движения по восстановленному путепроводу на автомобильной дороге государственного значения Знаменка — Луганск — Изварино, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
Также в мероприятии приняли участие и.о. министра транспорта ДНР Дмитрий Подлипанов, и.о главы администрации Енакиево Дмитрий Лысенко.

Восстановленный путепровод расположен на автомобильной дороге, связывающей Донецк с Енакиево, Углегорском и Дебальцево, а также имеет выход в ЛНР и Российскую Федерацию. Протяженность путепровода 33,7 метра.

«Введение в эксплуатацию путепровода отображает все, что происходит в Республике. Двумя словами — это движение вперед. Это небольшой, но важный отрезок пути, который позволяет улучшить передвижение наших граждан, увеличить грузоперевозки с братской Луганской Народной Республикой. Считаю, что мы двигаемся с вами в правильном направлении, все у нас будет хорошо. Нам нужно усиливать темпы улучшения во всех сферах жизни. Тогда у всей Донецкой Народной Республики все будет хорошо», — сказал Денис Пушилин, открывая движение на путепроводе.

Также врио Главы ДНР поблагодарил работников дорожного хозяйства за проделанную работу.

В 2014 году мост сильно пострадал в результате военных действий, ремонт объекта проводился силами подрядной организации ЧАО «Донецкое специализированное строительно-монтажное управление № 1» с привлечением техники ГП «Донецкая железная дорога». И сегодня на данном участке вновь открылось движение транспорта. Открывали движения автобусы пригородного и международного сообщения. За ними ехала тяжелая строительная техника, которая была задействована в восстановлении данного путепровода.

«Данный мост поможет нашим жителям не ездить в объезд, а передвигаться кратчайшим путем. Основная работа по восстановлению велась около полугода, а завершающий этап длился около месяца», — рассказал Дмитрий Подлипанов.

Как отметил и.о. министра транспорта, объездная дорога была ненадлежащего качества, поэтому благодаря данному путепроводу люди смогут значительно сократить время движения в пути.

Открытию движения на путепроводе предшествовали тяжелые работы. Как рассказала руководитель подрядной организации Наталья Дьяк, был проведен демонтаж поврежденных бетонных конструкций, монтаж металлических балок пролетных строений, обустройство бетонных конусов, устройство переходных плит, установка перильного и барьерного ограждения, устройство трехслойного асфальтобетонного покрытия. Самый сложный этап капремонта — это демонтаж поврежденных бетонных балок длиной 33 метра и весом 60 тонн каждая.

Во время общения с журналистами врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин подчеркнул, что подобные шаги восстановления инфраструктуры Республики необходимо продолжать.

«Сейчас мы находимся на том этапе, когда переходим от восстановления к развитию. 4 миллиона человек, проживающие в Народных Республиках, не могут просто сидеть и ждать, когда закончится война. 4 миллиона людей с надеждой смотрят в будущее. И каждый, даже такой небольшой шаг в развитии и восстановлении, вселяет в нас надежду», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

The reconstructed motorway junction is located on the highway linking Donetsk with Yenakiyevo, Uglegorsk and Debaltsevo; it alsogoes to the LPR and the Russian Federation. The length of the motorway junction is 33.7 meters.

“The commissioning of the motorway junction reflects everything that happens in the Republic. In two words — moving forward. This is a small but important section of the road that allows improving the movement of our citizens and increasing freight traffic with the brotherly Luhansk People’s Republic. I believe that we are moving with you in the right direction and everything will be fine here. We need to increase the pace of improvement in all the spheres of life. Then everything will be fine with the entire Donetsk People’s Republic,” Denis Pushilin said, opening up traffic on the motorway junction.

In addition, the interim Head of the DPR thanked the workers of the road sector for the work done.

In 2014, the bridge was severely damaged as a result of hostilities, the facility was repaired by the contracting organization “Donetsk Specialized Construction and Installation Administration No. 1PJSC” with the involvement of the equipment of Donetsk Railway SE. And today at this section, traffic has been reopened. Commuter and international buses started the traffic. Heavy construction equipment that was involved in the reconstruction of the junction was behind them.

“This bridge will help our residents rather travel the shortest way than detour. The main work on the restoration was being carried out for about six months and the final stage lasted about a month,” Dmitry Podlipanov told.

According to the acting Minister of Transport, the bypass road was of inadequate quality, therefore, thanks to this motorway junction, people will be able to significantly reduce time of their travel

The opening of traffic on the motorway junction was preceded by hard work. Natalia Dyak, the chief of the contracting organization, said they had carried out the dismantling of damaged concrete structures, the installation of metal beams of the superstructures, the arrangement of concrete cones, the installation of transition plates, the installation of the railing and barrier fencing, the installation of a three-layer asphalt concrete pavement. The most difficult stage of the overhaul was the dismantling of damaged concrete beams 33 meters long and weighing 60 tons each.

While talking with reporters, interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin stressed that such steps must continueto restore the infrastructure of the Republic.

“Now we are at the stage when we are moving from recovery to development. 4 million people living in the People’s Republics cannot just sit it out and wait until the war is over. 4 million people look to the future with hope. And every step, even such a small one,in the development and recovery, gives us a hope,” Denis Pushilin said.
