В эксклюзивном интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР врио Главы Республики Денис Пушилин рассказал о том, как было принято решение о проведении выборов.
«Решение о проведении выборов не было чьим-то личным, это была жизненная необходимость после гибели Александра Захарченко. Без власти государство существовать не может, без законов государство существовать не может. Так что, извините за тавтологию, но у нас не было выбора — проводить выборы или нет. Ответ однозначный», — подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.
Он также отметил, что никаких сомнений, принимать ли участие в выборах, не было. Все должны делать то, что умеют по максимуму: «Я должен был принять участие в выборной гонке. Если бы я не попробовал выиграть на выборах – это и была бы безынициативность. Так что тут я рассуждал недолго. И коллеги, соратники меня поддержали», – заявил врио Главы ДНР.
In an exclusive interview with a correspondent of the official website of the DPR, interim Head of the Republic Denis Pushilin spoke about how the decision was made to hold the elections.
“The decision to hold the elections was not personal, it was a vital necessity after the death of Alexander Zakharchenko. Without power, the state cannot exist, without laws the state cannot exist. So, sorry for the tautology, but we had no choice — holding the elections or not. The answer is unequivocal,” Denis Pushilin stressed.
He also emphasized that there was no doubt whether to take part in the elections. Everyone should do what they can to the maximum: “I had contest the election race. If I had not tried to win the elections, this would have been a lack of initiative. So here I was not talking long. And my colleagues, close associates supported me,” interim Head of the DPR claimed.
