В сессионном зале Дома правительства прошло итоговое пленарное заседание Народного Совета ДНР I созыва, в ходе которого были подведены итоги парламентской деятельности. Об этом сегодня, 16 ноября, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.

В начале заседания обращение к депутатам от имени врио Главы ДНР Дениса Пушилина озвучил и.о. представителя Главы ДНР в Народном Совете Олег Ванин.

«За четыре года работы мы с вами прошли нелегкий путь по созданию законодательства нашей Республики. Работа Народного Совета первого созыва проходила во время военной агрессии против нашего государства, политического, экономического, информационного наступления противника. Мы не просто выдержали натиск по всем фронтам – за эти четыре года мы сделали то, для чего некоторым странам понадобились десятилетия.

Благодаря вам мы заложили законодательную основу нашего государства и определили главные векторы его развития. Важно, что основополагающими принципами в деятельности каждого народного избранника оставалось сохранение суверенитета и всестороннее развитие Донецкой Народной Республики, понимание того, что в нашем государстве единственным источником власти и ее носителем является народ!», — говорится в обращении.

Основные итоги деятельности Народного Совета I созыва подвела заместитель Председателя Народного Совета Ольга Макеева. По ее словам, за время работы Народного Совета I созыва было принято 599 законопроектов и 272 закона, проведено 8 парламентских слушаний, 14 правительственных часов, создано 17 временных депутатских комиссий.

Подводя итоги деятельности, парламентарии почтили минутой молчания память тех, кто сложил голову в борьбе за свободу и независимость Республики: первого Главы ДНР Александра Захарченко (1976—2018), депутатов Вадима Зайберта (1968—2015), Романа Возника (1971—2015), Павла Скакуна (1954—2015).

В итоговом заседании приняли участие 82 депутата.

The session hall of the Government House hosted the final plenary meeting of the DPR People’s Council of the 1st convocation, where they summed upthe parliamentary activities. A correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republicreported this today, on November 16th.

At the beginning of the meeting, Oleg Vanin, the DPR Head’s acting envoy to the People’s Council, read outan appeal to the deputies on behalf of interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin.

“For four years of work, we have traveled a hard path of creating the legislation of our Republic. The work of the People’s Council of the first convocation has been lasting during thearmed aggression against our state, during the political, economic and informational offensive of the adversary. We have not only withstood the onslaught on all the fronts —for these four years we have done what some countries took decades to do.

Thanks to you, we have laid the foundation of the legislative basis of our state and determined the main vectors of its development. It is important that the fundamental principles in the activity of every chosen representative of the people have remained the preservation of sovereignty and comprehensive development of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the understanding that the peoplein our state is the only source of power and its bearer!”

Deputy Chairperson of the People’s Council Olga Makeyeva summed up the main results of the activities of the People’s Council of the first convocation. According to her, during the work of the People’s Council of the 1st convocation, 599 draft laws and 272 laws have been passed, 8 parliamentary hearings, 14 government hours have been held, 17 provisional deputy commissions have been instituted.

Summing up the activity, the parliamentarians observed a minute of silence in tribute to the memory of those who laid their livesdown in the struggle for the freedom and independence of the Republic: deputies Vadim Zaybert (1968 — 2015), Roman Voznik (1971 — 2015), Pavel Skakun (1954 — 2015), first-ever Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko (1976 — 2018).
