В эксклюзивном интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР Денис Пушилин рассказал о приоритетных направлениях перемен в экономике Республике.
«Говорить о планах всегда рискованно. Но мы уже можем говорить о том, что сделано или делается прямо сейчас. Приоритетные направления – это борьба с коррупцией, проверка всех нормативных правовых актов на отсутствие коррупционной составляющей.
Также необходимо убрать все ненужные барьеры для работы предпринимателей. Государство должно гарантировать защищенность бизнеса, защиту частной собственности. При этом в режиме военного времени есть масса нюансов, с которыми нам также предстоит справиться. Все это — части реализации одной большой дорожной карты. И мы настроены четко следовать курсу по улучшению жизни в Республике», — сказал Денис Пушилин.
В ходе беседы с журналистом он также отметил, что должны быть определены отрасли, стратегически важные для Донецкой Народной Республики. При этом наиболее эффективной формой управления в экономике является государственно-частное партнерство.
«Безусловно, это касается определенного вида управления, в остальном, конечно же, должен доминировать частный бизнес, должна быть здоровая конкуренция. Нам пора подойти уже к следующему этапу — цены на рынках должны регулироваться конкурентной составляющей. На определенных этапах развития Республики нам приходилось фиксировать цену и устанавливать допустимую наценку. Я думаю, что в ближайшее время мы от этого уйдем, когда рынок станет достаточно конкурентоспособным. Мы сегодня создаем правила игры, гарантировать выполнение которых будет государство. Так что, я думаю, через два года наша экономика будет стабильной и развивающейся. Нужные гарантии инвесторам мы сможем дать, а это для них самое важное», — подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.
During an exclusive interview with a correspondent of the DPR official website, Denis Pushilin spoke about the priority areas of changes of the economy in the Republic.
“Talking about plans is always risky. But we can already talk about what has been done or is being done right now. The priority areas involve fighting against corruption, checking all the regulatory legal acts for the absence of corruption component.
It is also necessary to remove all unwanted obstacles from business activities of entrepreneurs. The state must ensure the security of business, the protection of private property. At the same time, in the wartime regime there are many nuances that we also have to cope with. All of this is part of the implementation of one big roadmap. And we are determined to strictly follow the course to improve life in the Republic,” Denis Pushilin said.
During the conversation with the journalist, he also noted that the branches that are strategically important to the Donetsk People’s Republic must be determined. At the same time, the most effective form of management in the economy is a public-private partnership.
“Of course, this concerns a certain type of management, otherwise, of course, private business should dominate, there should be healthy competition. It high time to proceed to the next stage — the prices in the markets should be regulated by the competitive component. At certain stages of the development of the Republic, we had to fix the price and set the permissible margin. I think that in the near future we will get away from this when the market becomes sufficiently competitive. Today we are creating the rules of the game, whose observance the state will guarantee. So, I think, in two years our economy will become stable and developed. We can give the necessary guarantees to investors, and this is the most important thing to them,” Denis Pushilin stressed.
