В сессионном зале Дома правительства состоялось первое пленарное заседание Народного Совета ДНР II созыва. Об этом сегодня, 19 ноября, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.

Заседание открыл старейший по возрасту депутат Народного Совета ДНР Анатолий Бондарчук. Он поздравил депутатов с началом законотворческой деятельности и пожелал успехов в работе на благо народа ДНР.

На повестке дня были рассмотрены следующие вопросы:
— О проекте постановления «О Временной комиссии Народного Совета по Регламенту и организации работы Народного Совета»;
— О проекте постановления «О Временном секретариате Народного Совета»;
— О формировании депутатских фракций;
— О Счетной комиссии Народного Совета;
— О проекте постановления «О форме голосования по вопросу избрания Председателя Народного Совета»;
— О проекте постановления «Об избрании Председателя Народного Совета ДНР»;
— О форме голосования по вопросу избрания заместителя Председателя Народного Совета;
— Об избрании заместителя Председателя Народного Совета ДНР и ряд других вопросов, регулирующих деятельность парламента.

В ходе заседания были зарегистрированы две депутатские фракции — «Донецкая Республика» и «Свободный Донбасс». Руководителями фракций стали депутаты Народного Совета Валерий Скороходов и Алексей Жигулин соответственно.

Председателем Народного Совета ДНР был избран Владимир Бидевка, заместителем Председателя — Ольга Макеева.

Всего в заседании приняли участие 99 депутатов.

The session hall of the Government House hosted the first plenary session of the DPR People’s Council of the 2nd convocation. A correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic reports this today, on November 19th.

Anatoly Bondarchuk, the oldest deputy in the DPR People’s Council, opened the meeting. He congratulated the deputies on the beginning of the legislative activities and wished them success in their work for the benefit of the people of the DPR.

The agendaincluded the following issues regarding:
—Draft Decree On the Provisional Commission of the People’s Council on the Regulations and Organization of the Work of the People’s Council;
—Draft Decree On the Provisional Secretariat of the People’s Council;
—Formation of parliamentary factions;
— Tallying Commission of the People’s Council;
— Draft Decree On the Mode of voting on the issue of electing the Chairperson of the People’s Council;
— Draft Decree On the election of the Chairperson of the DPR People’s Council;
— Mode of voting on the issue of electing the Deputy Chairperson of the People’s Council;
—Election of the Deputy Chairperson of the DPR People’s Council, and a number of other matters regulating activities of the parliament.

During the session, two deputy factions were registered: Donetskaya Republika and Svobodny Donbass. The leaders of the factions are deputies of the People’s Council Valery Skorokhodov and Aleksey Zhigulin, respectively.

Vladimir Bidyovka is elected Chairman of the DPR People’s Council, Olga Makeyeva is elected Deputy Chairperson.

A total of 99 deputies attended the session.
