Представительство ЛНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе сообщает, что в результате зафиксированного в 7:35 20 ноября нарушения режима прекращения огня со стороны украинских вооруженных формирований с направления населенного пункта Новотошковское по территории Луганской Народной Республики в районе населенного пункта Донецкий с использованием минометов калибра 82 мм (10 мин) зафиксировано повреждение четырех объектов гражданской инфраструктуры по адресам:

п. Донецкий, ул. Шевченко, 41 — осколочное повреждение остекления жилого дома;
п. Донецкий, ул. Шевченко, 43 — осколочное повреждение остекления жилого дома;
п. Донецкий, ул. Шевченко, 45 — в результате прямого попадания повреждены стена и остекление двухэтажного жилого дома;
п. Донецкий, ул. Осипенко, 24 — осколочное повреждение остекления жилого дома.

В ходе анализа фрагментов примененных боеприпасов и повреждений установлено следующее: обстрел п. Донецкий велся осколочно-фугансным снарядом ЗОФ-26 калибра 125 мм из танков Т-72, Т-64.

Фрагменты корпуса стабилизатора снаряда ЗОФ-26 с местом крепления стальных лопастей стабилизатора.

Фрагменты стальных лопастей стабилизатора, на правой лопасти деформированная ось крепления к корпусу стабилизатора.

Пострадавших среди мирного населения нет.

Представительство ЛНР в СЦКК призывает СММ ОБСЕ дать соответствующую оценку грубейшим нарушениям Минских соглашений украинской стороной.

The LPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process reports that as a result of the ceasefire violation by the Ukrainian armed groups recorded at 7:35 on November 20th from the direction of Novotoshkovskoye in the territory of the Luhansk People’s Republic near the Donetsky four objects of civil infrastructure were damaged by 82 mm mortars (shells):

45Shevchenko Street, the village of Donetsky— as a result of a direct hit, the wall and glazing of the two-story dwelling houseare damaged;
24 Osipenko Street, the village of Donetsky— fragmentation damage to the glazing of the dwelling house.

In the course of analyzing the fragments of the used ordnance and damage, the following was established: the shelling of the village of Donetsky was carried out by a ZOF-26 125 mm high-explosive fragmentation projectile from T-72 and T-64 tanks.

There are no victims among the civilian population.

The LPR Representative Office to the JCCC calls upon the OSCE SMM to give an appropriate assessment of the gross violations of the Minsk agreements by the Ukrainian side.
