К сегодняшней встрече политической подгруппы исполнилось уже два года, как Леонид Кучма давал обещание предоставить позиции украинской стороны по вопросам введения в действие Закона об особом статусе Донбасса и амнистии. Как отметили сегодня, 22 ноября, в пресс-службе Министерства иностранных дел ДНР, этого до сих пор этого не произошло, и добиться от украинской стороны продуктивного обсуждения основных вопросов повестки дня не удалось.
Именно по вине Киева работа в политической подгруппе фактически заблокирована.
«Абсолютно необоснованно украинские представители настаивают на отсутствии полномочий для обсуждения компромиссного порядка вступления в силу Закона об особом статусе Донбасса на Минской площадке. Хотя на 98-м заседании политгруппы от 6 ноября 2018 года представитель Украины заявил, что его полномочий достаточно для любых действий. Такая неопределенная позиция Киева не дает перейти к конструктивному обсуждению вопросов повестки дня и, очевидно, направлена на саботаж переговорного процесса», – заявила Наталья Никонорова.
Полномочный представитель ДНР на переговорах в Минске снова акцентировала внимание на чрезвычайной важности работы согласно той повестке дня, которая утверждена консенсусом Контактной группы, а именно — по таким ключевым для долгосрочного возобновления мира в Донбассе темам, как имплементация формулы Штайнмайера и амнистия участников событий в Донбассе.
Today’s meeting of the Contact Group’s political group has already marked two years since Leonid Kuchma promised to provide positions of the Ukrainian party on the introduction of the Law on the special status of Donbass and amnesty. The press service of the DPR Foreign Ministry of Affairs reports today, on November 22nd, this, however, has not yet happened, and it was not possible to get the Ukrainian side to discuss the main issues on the agenda productively.
It is through Kiev’s fault that the work in the political group is virtually disabled.
“The Ukrainian representatives absolutely groundlessly insist on the lack of powers to discuss a compromise procedure for the entry-into-force of the Law on the special status of Donbass at the Minsk venue. Although at the 98th meeting of the political group on November 6th, 2018, the representative of Ukraine claimed that his powers were sufficient for any action. Such an uncertain position of Kiev does not allow proceeding to a constructive discussion of the issues on the agenda and, obviously, is aimed at sabotaging the negotiation process,” Natalia Nikonorova stated.
The DPR Plenipotentiary Representative to the negotiations in Minsk again focused on the critical importance of the work according to the agenda approved by the Contact Group’s consensus, namely such topics, essential toa long-term reestablishment of peace in Donbass, as the implementation of Steinmeier’s formula and the amnesty of those involved in the events in Donbass.
