Легитимация военной риторики официального Киева отчетливо прослеживается в действиях вооруженных формирований Украины, которые непосредственно направлены на расшатывание политической обстановки вокруг украинского кризиса, и провокация в Керченском проливе — негласное тому подтверждение, сообщает Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе.
«Позиция украинской стороны по урегулированию конфликта на Минской площадке по факту ретранслируется в диаметрально противоположном направлении, о чем свидетельствует активизация обстрелов Республики со стороны ВФУ.
Так, если 24 ноября ВФУ только 1 раз применили минометы калибра 82 мм на Мариупольском направлении, то 25 ноября данное направление было обстреляно также из минометов калибра 120 мм, а 26 ноября минометы обоих калибров применялись уже на всех направлениях. В общей сложности 25 и 26 ноября вооруженные формирования Украины выпустили по территории Республики 23 мины калибра 120 мм и 20 мин калибра 82 мм.
Кроме того, в отчете СММ по состоянию на 25 ноября снова зафиксировано нахождение тяжелого вооружения и техники (которые в соответствии с Минскими соглашениями должны быть отведены в места хранения) на железнодорожных станциях:

При этом наблюдатели указали, что военнослужащий ВФУ отказал им в доступе на железнодорожную станцию в Константиновке:

Стоит отметить, что за время «школьного» перемирия, действующего с 29 августа 2018 года, наблюдателями миссии на территории, подконтрольной ВФУ (вдоль линии соприкосновения с ДНР), по состоянию на 25 ноября была выявлена 601 единица техники и вооружения, включая 86 танков, 88 РСЗО, 299 единиц буксируемой и самоходной артиллерии калибра 100, 122 и 152 мм, а также 126 ЗРК, 7 минометов и 6 ПТРК, подлежащих отводу в соответствии с Минскими соглашениями.
Эти цифры, а также факты обнаружения техники на железнодорожных станциях красноречиво опровергают заявления политического руководства Украины о намерениях мирного урегулирования конфликта дипломатическим путем и свидетельствуют о продолжающейся подготовке Киева к широкомасштабной эскалации в Донбассе», — говорится в сообщении.

— 10 tanks (T-64)loaded on trailers that stood near motorway M04 near Memrik (33 km northwest of Donetsk)
— 4 multiple launch rocket systems (BM 21 Grad, 122mm) and 6 self-propelled mortars (2S9 Nona-S 120mm) loaded on wagon platforms at the railway station in Slavyansk (95 km north of Donetsk)
November 25th:
— 10 self-propelled mortars (2S9) and 4 towed mortars (2B9 Vasilyok 82mm) at the railway station in Konstantinovka.
At that, the monitors pointed out that an AFU service member did not let them in the railway station in Konstantinovka:
— On November 25th an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not let the Mission patrol in the railway station in Konstantinovka.
It is noteworthy that during the “school” truce that has entered into forcesince August 29th, 2018, Mission observers detected in the AFU-controlled territory (along the line of contact with the DPR), as of November 25th, 601 units of equipment and weapons, including 86 tanks, 88 MLRS, 299 units of towed and self-propelled artillery of 100mm, 122mm and 152mm caliber, as well as 126 SAMs, 7 mortars and 6 antitank missile systems, which are to be withdrawn in accordance with the Minsk Agreements.
These numbers, as well as the facts of detection of equipment at the railway stations, eloquently disprove the statements of the political leadership of Ukraine about the intentions of a peaceful settlement of the conflict through diplomatic means and suggest the ongoing preparation of Kiev for large-scale escalation in Donbass,”the statement says.
