В интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР депутат Народного Совета ДНР II созыва Елена Шишкина прокомментировала введение в 10 украинских областей военного положения.
«В связи с введением военного положения на территории Украины ухудшилась ситуация по защите прав и свобод граждан. Если ранее участники «АТО» совершали преступления либо произвол в отношении мирного населения, граждане могли обратиться за защитой своих прав в прокуратуру или в органы судебной системы.
На сегодняшний день из-за введения военного положения судебная система Украины не в состоянии защитить нарушенные права и свободы своих граждан», — отметила парламентарий.
In an interview with a correspondent of the DPR official website, deputy of the DPR People’s Council of the 2nd convocation Elena Shishkina commented on the imposition of martial law in 10 Ukrainian regions.
“Due to the imposition of martial law in the territory of Ukraine, the situation regarding the protection of rights and freedoms of citizenshas deteriorated. If earlier the “ATO” militants committed crimes or arbitrariness against the civilian population, citizens could apply for the protection of their rights to the public prosecutor’s office or to the judicial system bodies.
Today, due to the imposition of martial law, the judicial system of Ukraine is not able to protect the violated rights and freedoms of its citizens,”the parliamentarian emphasized.
