Представительством ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе проведено разбирательство по факту обстрела служебного автомобиля и сотрудников КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса» в районе Васильевской насосной станции первого подъема ЮДВ.
В результате обстрела ранения различной степени тяжести получили трое мужчин – сотрудников КП «Вода Донбасса»:
Житель н.п. Васильевка, 1963 г.р., слесарь ДФС. Диагноз – минно-взрывная травма, слепые осколочные ранения левой половины грудной клетки, госпитализирован в Ясиноватскую центральную районную больницу.
Житель н.п. Ясиноватая, 1984 г.р. Диагноз – барометрическая травма головы в результате взрыва, сотрясение мозга, гематома лицевой области, госпитализирован в Ясиноватскую центральную районную больницу.
Житель н.п. Васильевка, 1972 г.р. Диагноз – легкая контузия, от госпитализации отказался.
Кроме того, полностью сгорел служебный автомобиль ЗИЛ-131, который ежедневно возил дежурную смену ДФС по одному и тому же маршруту.
В ходе разбирательства установлено направление ведения огня и применяемое вооружение.
Анализ позиций сторон свидетельствует, что огонь велся с направления н.п. Каменка, с позиций 93-й механизированной бригады ВФУ, командиром которой является полковник Владислав Клочков.
Примененное вооружение: СПГ-9 калибром 73 мм (1 выстрел), а также БМП-1 калибром 73 мм (3 выстрела).

Resident of Vasilyevka, born in 1963, DFS fitter. Diagnosis: mine blast trauma, non-perforating fragmentation wound in the left half of the chest, hospitalized in Yasinovataya Central District Hospital.
Resident of Yasinovataya, born in 1984. Diagnosis: barotrauma in the head as a result of an explosion, cerebral concussion, hematoma in the facial area, hospitalized in Yasinovataya Central District Hospital.
Resident of Vasilyevka, born in 1972. Diagnosis: mild concussion, refused to go to the hospital.
Moreover, the company vehicle ZIL-131, which daily transported the DFS duty shift along the same route, completely burned down.
The investigation established the direction of firing and the weapons.
Analysis of the positions of the sides indicates that the attack was launched from the direction of. Kamenka, from positions of the 93rd mechanized brigade of the AFU, whose commander is colonel Vladislav Klochkov.
Weapons used: SPG-9, 73mm (1 round), as well as BMP-1, 73mm (3 rounds).
