Наблюдатели СММ ОБСЕ снова не смогли осуществить мониторинг с помощью технических средств в окрестностях н.п. Чермалык: 14 января 2019 года вооруженные формирования Украины открыли огонь в направлении БПЛА Миссии среднего радиуса действия. Об этом сообщает Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе.

По информации, полученной от ОБСЕ, сегодня в 12:15 (мск) БПЛА был запущен с юго-восточной окраины н.п. Чермалык через р. Кальмиус в юго-юго-восточном направлении. В то время, когда беспилотник осуществлял перелет через реку, наблюдатели Миссии услышали автоматные очереди, которые длились около 40 секунд. Через пять минут стрельба возобновилась снова, также было замечено пять трассеров в направлении БПЛА. Огонь велся с промышленного объекта, расположенного у излучины р. Кальмиус.

Отметим, что это уже второй инцидент за последние три дня. 12 января БПЛА СММ также подвергся обстрелу в этом районе с тех же позиций. После запуска беспилотника в 12:33, наблюдатели услышали очереди ориентировочно из пяти АКМ, которые продолжались на протяжении минуты. В целях безопасности в обеих случаях наблюдатели были вынуждены вернуть БПЛА к месту запуска.

Анализ позиций сторон свидетельствует, что огонь по БПЛА велся с места, находящегося от ближайших позиций ВФУ в 700 м, тогда как расстояние до ближайших позиций НМ ДНР составляет 1300 м, что подтверждает непричастность военнослужащих ДНР к данным инцидентам, т.к. прицельная дальность АКМ составляет 1000 м.

Таким образом, вооруженные формирования Украины целенаправленно препятствуют мониторингу ОБСЕ и подвергают опасности технические средства Миссии с целью скомпрометировать НМ ДНР. Расцениваем подобные действия, как очередные провокации, направленные на дестабилизацию обстановки.

OSCE SMM monitors again did not manage to carry out monitoring by use of technical means in the vicinity of Chermalyk: On January 14th, 2019, the armed formations of Ukraine opened fire towards a medium-range UAV of the Mission. The DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process reports.

According to the information received from the OSCE, today at 12:15 (MSK) the UAV was launched from the southeastern outskirts of Chermalyk across the Kalmius river in the south and southeast direction. When the drone was flying across the river, the Mission’s monitors heard volleys of automatic gunfire that lasted about 40 seconds. Five minutes later, the shooting resumed again, and five tracers were spotted in the direction of the UAV. The fire was opened from the direction of the industrial facility located at the bend of the Kalmius.

Note that this was the second incident for the last three days. On January 12th, an SMM UAV also came under fire from the same positions in that area. After the launch of the drone at 12:33, the monitors heard volleys of approximately five AKMs that lasted for a minute. For security reasons, in both cases, the monitors were forced to return the UAV to the take-off site.

An analysis of the positions of the sides testifies that the fire at the UAV was opened from the spot located 700 m from the closest positions of the AFU, while the distance to the closest positions of the DPR People’s Militia was 1,300 m, which confirms the non-involvement of the DPR military in those incidents, since the sight reach of an AKM is 1,000 meters.

Thus, the armed formations of Ukraine purposefully thwart the OSCE monitoring and jeopardize the technical means of the Mission in order to compromise the DPR People’s Militia. We consider such actions to be yet more provocations aimed at destabilizing the situation.
