О работе с обращениями граждан и организации выездных приемов в городах и районах Республики в интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР рассказала Уполномоченный по правам человека Дарья Морозова.
«Выездные приемы проводятся в соответствии с утвержденным графиком. Мы уведомляем глав городов и районов о том, что на определенный день запланирован прием граждан Уполномоченным или представителем его аппарата. И я хотела бы поблагодарить их за своевременное информирование жителей.
Сталкиваемся с разными проблемами, касающимися всех сфер: социальной, правоохранительной, ЖКХ и другими. Очень много вопросов по обменам и пропавшим без вести людям», — отметила она.
Также Морозова подчеркнула, что обращения, которые не относятся к деятельности омбудсмена, направляются в компетентные ведомства.
DPR Human Rights Commissioner Darya Morozova told a correspondent of the DPR official website for an interview about the work with citizens’ appeals and arranging onsite receptions in cities, towns and districts of the Republic.
“Onsite receptions are held in accordance with the approved schedule. We notify the mayors of cities, towns and districts that the reception of citizens by the Commissioner or a representative of her staff is scheduled for a certain day. And I would like to thank them for timely informing the residents.
We encounter different problems concerning all the spheres: social, law enforcement, housing and public utilities and others. There are a lot of questions about the swaps and missing people,” she noted.
Morozova also stressed that appeals that are not related to the activities of the Ombudsperson were redirected to the relevant authorities.
