В Минске началось первое в этом году заседание Контактной группы, сообщает пресс–служба МИД ДНР. На обсуждение вынесены вопросы, рассмотренные в профильных подгруппах:

— в подгруппе по гуманитарным вопросам возобновлено обсуждение ряда практических вопросов, связанных с обменом удерживаемых лиц по формуле «всех установленных на всех установленных», а также последствия незавершенной по вине Украины реализации этой формулы в 2018 году;

— в подгруппе по вопросам безопасности острой и проблемной темой стали последствия нарушений украинской стороной действующего перемирия, в частности целенаправленного обстрела служебной машины КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса» и ее трех сотрудников. В данном контексте особую актуальность приобретает скорейшее согласование дополнительных мер усиления и контроля режима прекращения огня.

— в подгруппе по экономическим вопросам представители Республики продолжат настаивать на согласовании механизма выплаты пенсий, погашении задолженности Украины работникам железной дороги и КП «Вода Донбасса»;

— политическая подгруппа сегодня работает над разблокированием дискуссии по особому статусу, а также подняла ряд практических вопросов, в том числе касающихся правового поля урегулирования особого статуса.

Первое в этом году заседание Контактной группы в Минске не обошлось без эксцессов с украинской стороны. Представитель украинской делегации в рабочей группе по гуманитарным вопросам Ирина Геращенко попыталась помешать работе узкого формата Контактной группы. Ситуацию спасла конструктивная позиция координатора СММ ОБСЕ Контактной группы Мартина Сайдика – работа была продолжена согласно регламенту», — говорится в сообщении пресс-службы МИД ДНР.

This year’s first meeting of the Contact Group has begun in Minsk, according to the press service of the DPR Foreign Ministry. The issues considered in the specialized subgroups were submitted for discussion:

— in the subgroup for humanitarian affairs, discussion of several practical issues related to the exchange of detainees has been resumed based on the formula of “all identified for all identified”, as well as the consequences of the incomplete implementation of this formula through Ukraine’s fault in 2018;

— in the subgroup for security affairs, the consequences of violations by the Ukrainian side of the existing truce, in particular the deliberate attack on the company vehicle of Voda Donbassa Public Utilities Company and its three employees, became an acute and problematic topic. The adoption of an early agreement on additional measures to enhance and control the ceasefire became the most urgent in this context.

— in the subgroup for economic affairs, representatives of the Republic will continue to insist on agreeing upon the mechanism for pension payment, paying off Ukraine’s debt to employees of the railway and Voda Donbassa Public Utilities Company;

— the political subgroup today is working on unblocking the discussion on the special status, and also raised several practical issues, including those related to the legal framework for regulating the special status.

This year’s first meeting of the Contact Group in Minsk was not without excesses on the part of Ukraine. Representative of the Ukrainian delegation to the working group for humanitarian affairs Irina Gerashchenko tried to hamper the work of the narrow format of the Contact Group. The situation was saved by the constructive position of OSCE SMM Coordinator of the Contact Group Martin Sajdik — the work continued according to the procedure,” the message of the press service of the DPR Foreign Ministry says.
