29 декабря 2018 года Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин подписал Указ № 172 «О признании задолженности безнадежной».
Он касается налогов, сборов, обязательных платежей, пени и процентов, начисленных за пользование отсрочкой (рассрочкой) денежных обязательств (задолженности) по налогам, сборам, взносам и другим обязательным платежам субъектов хозяйствования. Речь идет о так называемой амнистии для предпринимателей в связи с сомнительно начисленными штрафами. Напомним, что 27 декабря 2018 года для нормативного урегулирования такого механизма Правительство внесло изменения в Порядок списания безнадежной задолженности налогоплательщиков от 31.05.2016 г. №7-55.

On December 29th, 2018, Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin signed Decree 172 On the Acknowledgement of Uncollectable Debts.
It relates to taxes, fees, statutory charges, fines and interest payments for using a respite (installment) of monetary liabilities (debts) on paying taxes, fees, contributions and other statutory charges of business entities. It is referred to the so-called amnesty for entrepreneurs in connection with questionable imposition of fines. Recall that on December 27th, 2017, for the regulatory adjustment of such a mechanism, the Government amended Order 7-55 for writing off uncollectable debs of taxpayers, as of May 31st, 2016.
