Информация о введении в ДНР пошлины в размере 50% на ввоз муки из Российской Федерации и других стран не соответствует действительности. Об этом в интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР рассказал министр доходов и сборов Евгений Лавренов.
«Это неправда. Мы не можем принимать самостоятельные решения, любой подобный документ утверждается Главой Республики или руководителем Правительства ДНР. Мы можем лишь выступить с предложением, как и любое другое министерство.
Действительно, на рубеже 2017-2018 годов Министерством агропромышленной политики и продовольствия разрабатывался проект, призванный поддержать местного производителя. Но я могу со всей ответственностью сказать, что этот документ не был принят. Более того, могу сказать, что мы полностью отменили пошлину на муку, сегодня она составляет 0%», — заявил министр.
По словам Лавренова, решение об отмене пошлин обусловлено прежде всего неурожаем, вследствие которого возник ажиотаж и рост цен. Руководитель Миндоходов подчеркнул, что в таких условиях о росте пошлин и речи быть не может.

Indeed, at the turn of 2017 and 2018, the Ministry of Agro-industrial Policy and Food elaborated a project designed to promote local producers. But I can say with all responsibility that this document was never adopted. Moreover, I can say that we have completely abolished the duty on flour, today it is zero percent,” the Minister stated.
According to Lavrenov, the decision to abolish the duties stems, above all, from the poor harvest, as a result of which there have been a stock-jobbing and a rise in prices. The Minister of Revenues and Duties stressed that in such circumstances any increase in duties is out of question.
