Сегодня, 28 января, Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин во время посещения Донецкого городского молочного завода № 2 ООО «ТД «Горняк» в неформальной обстановке пообщался с молодежью Республики и ответил на ее вопросы, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
Первый вопрос, с которым присуствующие обратились к Главе Республики, касался обеспечения жильем молодых специалистов, которые проявили желание работать в отдаленных районах.
«Вопрос злободневный, потому что для нас важно удержать специалистов на местах. Для этого необходимы разные мотивирующие программы. Мало таких категорий молодых специалистов, которым не нужно жилье. Сейчас мы работаем с медиками, так как в отдаленных районах проблема с медперсоналом. На данный момент Минздрав прорабатывает вопрос жилого фонда для молодых специалистов с местными администрациями. Нам необходимо позаботиться о жилье, иначе сохранить молодых специалистов будет крайне тяжело.
Рассчитываем в этом вопросе на ваши идеи. Именно для этого создается Молодежный парламент. Молодежь должна выходить с инициативой», — сказал Денис Пушилин.
Также представители общественной организации «Молодая Республика» выступили с инициативой создания единой базы активных студентов для прохождения ими практики в Российской Федерации и обратились за поддержкой к Главе ДНР Денису Пушилину.
«Естественно, можете рассчитывать на поддержку. Но в этом вопросе я бы задействовал также Молодежный парламент, который сейчас создается, и, безусловно, Русский центр. Необходимо проработать вопрос, выбрать вузы, так как всех, конечно, мы отправить на практику не сможем. Необходим системный подход», — отметил Денис Пушилин.
Также Глава Республики подчеркнул, что необходимо решать проблему, когда выпускники вузов не могут трудоустроиться, так как работодателям нужны люди с опытом работы.
«Необходимо, чтобы студенты, учащиеся на последних курсах, проходили стажировку на предприятиях. Пусть Молодежный парламент выходит с инициативой по данному вопросу», — сказал Денис Пушилин.
Также Главе ДНР задавали вопросы, касающиеся приоритетных молодежных направлений, и какой Денис Пушилин хочет видеть молодежь Республики.
«Сегодня молодежь задавала самые разные вопросы, которые их интересуют. Считаю, что на вопросы молодежи необходимо отвечать, так как они сейчас ставят для себя цели, расставляют приоритеты. Необходимо встречаться на регулярной основе, чтобы молодежный актив имел возможность выйти с идеями, предложениями, получить поддержку. Каждая встреча с молодежью является конструктивной и необходимой», — подытожил Денис Пушилин.

The first question that those present asked the Head of the Republic concerned the provision of young specialists who desired to work in remote regions with housing.
“The issue is topical, because it is important for us to retain the specialists on the ground. This requires different motivating programs. There a few categories of young professionals who do not need housing. Now we are working on it with doctors, as in remote regions there is a problem with the medical staff. At the moment, the Ministry of Health is working on the issue of housing for young professionals, jointly with local administrations. We need to take care of housing; otherwise, it will be extremely difficult to keep young professionals.
We count on your ideas regarding this matter. That is what the Youth Parliament is being established for. The youth should go forward with the initiative,” Denis Pushilin said.
In addition, representatives of the Young Republic public organization took the initiative to create a single base of active students for their internship in the Russian Federation and asked from Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin for support.
“Naturally, you can count on support. But concerning this matter I would also involve the Youth Parliament, which is now being established, and, of course, the Russian Center. It is necessary to work through the issue, choose universities, because we, of course, cannot send everyone to internship. A systematic approach is required,” Denis Pushilin noted.
The Head of the Republic also stressed that it was necessary to solve the problem when university graduates could not find a job, as employers need people with work experience.
“It is necessary that students in their last years have internships at enterprises. Let the Youth Parliament come out with an initiative regarding this issue,” Denis Pushilin said.
Moreover, the Head of the DPR was asked questions concerning priority youth areas, and what kind Denis Pushilin wanted the youth of the Republic to be.
“Today, the youth asked a variety of questions that interest them. I believe that it is necessary to answer the questions of the youth, as they now set goals for themselves, set priorities. It is necessary to meet on a regular basis in order that the youth activists have the opportunity to come up with ideas, suggestions, and get support. Each meeting with the youth is constructive and necessary,” Denis Pushilin summed up.
