В Доме Правительства ДНР прошли сборы руководящего состава гражданской обороны органов государственной власти и органов местного самоуправления, посвященные подведению итогов работы в сфере гражданской обороны, защиты населения и территорий в минувшем году и определению основных задач на 2019 год. Организатором сборов выступило Министерство по делам гражданской обороны, чрезвычайным ситуациям и ликвидации последствий стихийных бедствий. Об этом сегодня, 29 января, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.

В мероприятии приняли участие Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин, руководители органов государственной власти, местных администраций, структурных подразделений МЧС ДНР.

«Уходящий год был сложным для спасателей, было много вызовов, но вы с ними справились. Я рад, что спасатели работают не в одиночку, а в связке с органами государственной власти и местного самоуправления. Для меня честь — вручить заслуженные награды героям-спасателям. Руководство Республики высоко ценит ваши достижения», — обратился к присутствующим Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин.

«Единая государственная система предупреждения и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций была создана в 2015 году и стала важным элементом системы государственной безопасности Республики. В рамках работы системы были предупреждены и ликвидированы десятки чрезвычайных ситуаций. Она доказала свою необходимость, значимость и эффективность», — отметил руководитель МЧС, генерал-лейтенант службы гражданской защиты Алексей Кострубицкий.

В рамках мероприятия состоялось вручение государственных и ведомственных наград руководителям органов государственной власти, органов местного самоуправления по итогам работы Единой государственной системы предупреждения и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций. Всего было вручено 12 государственных и 10 ведомственных наград.

The DPR House of the Government hosted the gathering of the senior executives of the civil defense service, public authorities and local self-government bodies to summarize the results of the work in the field of civil defense, protection of the population and the territories last year, and determine the main tasks for 2019. The event was attended by Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, the management of the public authorities, local administrations and subdivisions of the DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations.

“The outgoing year was difficult for rescuers, there were many challenges, but you coped with them. I am glad that the rescuers do not work alone, but jointly with public authorities and local government bodies. It is an honor for me to hand out the deserved awards to the hero rescuers. The leadership of the Republic highly appreciates your achievements,” Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin addressed those present.

“The Unified State System for Emergency Prevention and Response was established in 2015 and has become an important element of the Republic’s state security system. As part of the system, dozens of emergency situations have been prevented and eliminated. It has proved its necessity, significance and effectiveness,” Chief of the Emergencies Ministry, General Lieutenant of Civil Defense Aleksey Kostrubitsky highlighted.

Within the framework of the event, state and departmental awards were presented to the heads of the public authorities and local self-government bodies based on the work of the Unified State System for Emergency Prevention and Response. A total of 12 state awards and 10 departmental awards were handed out.
