Сегодня, 29 января, профильные специалисты МЗ ДНР провели брифинг об эпидобстановке в городах и районах Республики, в частности более детально были освещены случаи заболевания корью и гриппом населения Республики, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
На брифинге присутствовали:
– директор департамента Государственной санитарно-эпидемиологической службы МЗ ДНР Дмитрий Клишкан;
– начальник отдела эпидемиологического надзора департамента ГСЭС МЗ ДНР Андрей Самисько;
– внештатный специалист по инфекционным заболеваниям, доцент кафедры инфекционных болезней ГОО ВПО «Донецкий национальный медицинский университет им. М. Горького» Елена Чебалина;
– внештатный специалист по инфекционным заболеваниям, доцент кафедры педиатрии и детских инфекций ГОО ВПО «Донецкий национальный медицинский университет им. М. Горького» Виктория Медведева.
«По данным эпидемиологического мониторинга, на прошедшей неделе в Республике было зарегистрировано 7100 случаев респираторных инфекций, что ниже эпидемиологического порога в 2 раза. В возрастной структуре заболеваемости преобладали дети до 17 лет (68%); заболеваемость детей в школьных учреждениях в Шахтерске, Новоазовском и Старобешевском районах превышала республиканские показатели. Среди взрослых за отчетный период заболеваемость снизилась на 12% и ниже эпидпорога в 3 раза. Однако, при относительно стабильной эпидситуации в осенне-зимний период, прогноз заболеваемости остается неблагоприятным. По прогнозам Всемирной организации здравоохранения, ожидается эпидемия высокой интенсивности, что связано с циркуляцией новых вирусов гриппа. Взамен уже известных штаммов гриппа, по оценкам экспертов ВОЗ, будут циркулировать новые, которые опасны своими осложнениями среди лиц детского и молодого возраста.
В рамках государственных профилактических мероприятий гриппа и ОРВИ было опублшиковано Распоряжение Главы ДНР, предусматривающее ряд организационных мероприятий в предэпидемический и эпидемический период. На территории Республики был полностью выполнен план в рамках профилактических мероприятий: более 100 тысяч граждан были привиты от гриппа, что, безусловно, должно сказаться на эпидемиологической ситуации», — сказал Дмитрий Клишкан.
«Ситуация в Республике по заболеваемости корью остается на уровне прошлого года и составляет 1,9% на 100 тысяч населения. В Донецке заболеваемость в два раза выше республиканского показателя, а именно 4% на 100 тысяч. Начали регистрироваться местные случаи заболевания, то есть не завезенные с других территорий, а заразившиеся на территории ДНР. Летальных исходов не зарегистрировано.
Усложняется ситуация еще и тем, что а Республике имеется достаточное количество населения, не имеющего прививок против кори, которое не защищено от инфекции, являющейся одной из самых заразных. Из 10 контактирующих с больным заражаются девять! В связи с этим настоятельно просим население ДНР позаботиться о своем здоровье и здоровье своих детей и сделать прививки от кори – это единственное средство, которое может вас защитить», — отметил Андрей Самисько.

“According to the epidemiological monitoring data, last week 7,100 cases of respiratory infections were registered in the Republic, which is 2 times lower than the epidemiological threshold. Children under 17 years of age predominated the age structure of the incidence (68%); the incidence of children at school in Shakhtersk, Novoazovsk and Starobeshevsky districts exceeded the republic-wide indicators. Among adults during the reporting period, the incidence has decreased by 12% and 3 times lower than the epidemic threshold. However, with a relatively stable epidemiological situation in the autumn and winter period, the prognosis of morbidity remains unfavorable. According to the forecasts of the World Health Organization, a high intensity epidemic is expected due to the circulation of new influenza viruses. Instead of the already known strains of influenza, according to WHO experts, new ones will circulate, which are dangerous for their complications among children and young people.
As part of the state preventive measures of influenza and A.R.V.I., the Order of the Head of the DPR has been published, providing for a set of organizational measures in the pre-epidemic and epidemic period. In the territory of the Republic, the plan has been fully implemented as part of preventive measures: over 100,000 citizens have been vaccinated against the flu, which, of course, must have influenced the epidemiological situation,” Dmitry Klishkan said.
“The situation in the Republic of measles incidence remains at the reateof last year and is 1.9% per 100 thousand population. In Donetsk, the incidence is twice the republic-wide indicator, namely 4% per 100 thousand. Local cases of the disease have begun to be registered, that is, not infiltrated from other territories, but those infected in the DPR territory. No fatal outcomes have been reported.
The situation is further complicated by the fact that there is a sufficient number of people in the Republic who do not have got a measles vaccination, who are not protected from the infection, which is one of the most contagious. Nine of ten people who come in contact with the patient become infected! In this regard, we urge the population of the DPR to take care of their health and the health of their children and to get vaccinated against measles — this is the only remedy that can protect you,” Andrei Samisko emphasized.
