30 января руководство аппарата Уполномоченного по правам человека в Донецкой Народной Республике приняло участие в заседании рабочей группы по обсуждению законопроекта «О вынужденных переселенцах».
Как сообщает пресс-служба омбудсмена, в рамках встречи участники обсудили существующий опыт правового регулирования статуса вынужденных переселенцев с позиции законодательной практики других государств, а также вопросы, с которыми сталкиваются пострадавшие граждане при первичном обращении в государственные органы.
По итогам заседания было принято решение проработать категориальный аппарат будущего нормативного правового акта, а также алгоритмы его действия.
On January 30th, the leadership of the Human Rights Commissioner’s Office of the Donetsk People’s Republic attended a meeting of the working group to discuss the draft Law On Internally Displaced Persons.
According to the Ombudsperson’s press service, during the meeting, the participants discussed the existing experience of legal regulation of the status of internally displaced persons from the standpoint of legislative practice of other states, as well as the issues that affected citizens have during the initial appeal to public authorities.
Following the meeting, it has been decided to elaborate a categorical framework for the future regulatory legal act, as well as the algorithms of its operation.
