Сегодня, 30 января, основным акцентом в позиции представителей Республики на заседании Контактной группы по вопросам безопасности стало отсутствие необходимого прогресса в расследовании вопиющих фактов военной агрессии со стороны ВФУ в отношении сотрудников КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса», которые получили ранения различной степени тяжести во время проведения снегоуборочных работ в районе Васильевской насосной станции первого подъема ЮДВ, а также оставшийся без положительных подвижек, зафиксированный СММ ОСБЕ факт обнаружения взрывчатки у северной стороны ворот шлюза Мироновского водохранилища и недалеко от блокпоста вооруженных сил Украины, расположенного вблизи населенного пункта Роты. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба МИД ДНР.

Координатор от ОБСЕ, господин посол Апакан выразил особую озабоченность относительно этих двух фактов, подчеркнув в этом контексте необходимость скорейшего согласования и введения дополнительных мер.

«Считаем, что именно отсутствие четкого и согласованного пакета дополнительных мер усиления и контроля перемирия, подписанного сторонами конфликта, не позволяет успешно разрешать подобные ситуации.

Также крайне отрицательно сказывается отсутствие действенных механизмов проведения разбирательств и привлечения к ответственности за нарушения Минских соглашений, что позволяет украинской стороне оставаться по факту безнаказанной», — подчеркнула Наталья Никонорова.

Today, on January 30th, the standpoint of representatives of the Republic at the meeting of the subgroup for security affairs of the Contact Group mainly focused on the lack of necessary progress in investigating the blatant facts of military aggression of the AFU against the employees of Voda Donbassa Public Utilities Company, who suffered wounds of varying degrees of severity during snowplowing work near the Vasilyevka first-stage pump station of the Yuzhnodonbassky water duct, as well as the fact, which was registered by the SMM OSCE and has been left without positive progress, about the detection of explosives at the north side of the gateway of the sluice of the Mironovsky reservoir and not far from the checkpoint of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, located near the village of Roty. The press service of the DPR Foreign Ministry reports.

OSCE coordinator, Mister Ambassador Apakan, expressed particular concern over those two facts, stressing the need for a speedy reconciliation and introduction of additional measures in this context.

“We believe that the lack of a clear and coordinated package of additional measures to strengthen and control the truce, signed by the parties to the conflict, does not allow resolving such situations successfully.

The lack of effective mechanisms for the conduct of investigations and bringing to justice for violating the Minsk agreements, which allows the Ukrainian party to remain unpunished in fact, is also extremely negative,” Natalia Nikonorova stressed.
