Представитель Государственного департамента США на Украине Курт Волкер подтвердил желание США, а следовательно, и Украины дезавуировать Минские договорённости и сорвать мирный переговорный процесс, цитирует пресс-служба МИД ДНР руководителя ведомства Наталью Никонорову.
«Волкер уже не раз проявлял себя сторонником наиболее деструктивных и контрпродуктивных инициатив в отношении Донбасса. Неудивительно, что и в этот раз специальный представитель госдепа США поддерживает план, никем не понятый и не поддержанный, даже самой миссией ОБСЕ и ООН, который в корне противоречит положениям Комплекса мер. Вполне очевидно, что за так называемым планом Сайдика изначально стояли интересы США, которые намеренно заводят переговорный процесс в тупик, надеясь продлить конфликт у границ России и в дальнейшем оказывать на нее давление.
Созвучность «плана Сайдика» и заявлений Порошенко по операции ООН в Донбассе также вызывает подозрение в том, что у обеих «идей» одно авторство. Попытки продвинуть деструктивные идеи Киева и их заокеанских кураторов не имеют ничего общего с выполнением Минских соглашений и напрямую им противоречат.
Единственным безальтернативным методом политического урегулирования остается прямое и неукоснительное исполнение Комплекса мер, предусматривающего в первую очередь согласование с республиками любых инициатив по разрешению конфликта», — говорится в заявлении.

“Volker has repeatedly proved himself a supporter of the most destructive and counterproductive initiatives in relation to Donbass. It is not surprising that this time the special envoy of the US State Department supports the plan that was not understood and supported by anyone, even by the OSCE Mission and the UN, which is fundamentally contrary to the provisions of the Complex of Measures. It is quite obvious that behind Sajdik’s so-called plan, the interests of the U.S.A. initially stood, which deliberately lead the negotiation process into a dead end, hoping to prolong the conflict at the borders of Russia and continue to exert pressure on it.
The consonance of “Sajdik’s plan” and Poroshenko’s statements on the UN operation in Donbass also cause suspicions that both “ideas” have one authorship. Attempts to promote the destructive ideas of Kiev and their overseas backers have nothing to do with the implementation of the Minsk agreements and directly contradict them.
The only non-alternative method of political settlement is the direct and strict implementation of the Complex of Measures, which primarily envisages the coordination of any initiatives to resolve the conflict jointly with the republics,” the statement says.
