В 1-м корпусе Донецкого национального университета экономики и торговли имени Михаила Туган-Барановского 3 апреля состоялся Республиканский съезд координаторов Международной патриотической акции «Бессмертный полк». Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, это мероприятие посетил Глава Донецкой Народной Республики Денис Пушилин.

«Донецкая Народная Республика всегда чтила память о подвигах наших дедов и прадедов, которые они совершили в годы Великой Отечественной войны. «Бессмертный полк» — это международная акция, которая напоминает всем, кто пытается исказить исторические факты, о том, что у них это не выйдет. Практически в каждой нашей семье есть герой, сражавшийся за Родину во время Великой Отечественной войны. Благодаря этой акции люди могут рассказать всему миру правду о подвигах и победах советских солдат, истинной цели и цене Победы, которая добыта ценой миллионов жизней советских людей. Вот уже пять лет на нашей донбасской земле идет война: снова гибнут мирные граждане — на этот раз от современных украинских фашистов. И вот уже в рядах «Бессмертного полка» — наши Герои, павшие при защите нашей земли. Эта акция имеет огромное значение для сохранения истинной истории, для патриотического воспитания наших детей. Мы не можем позволить никому переписать нашу историю — историю Великой Победы!», — отметил Глава ДНР.

«Бессмертный полк» — международное общественное движение по сохранению личной памяти о поколении Великой Отечественной войны. Участники движения ежегодно в День Победы проходят колонной по улицам городов с фотографиями своих родственников — погибших воинов.

Международная патриотическая акция «Бессмертный полк» проводится в Донецкой Народной Республике с 9 мая 2015 года. В Донецке народное шествие в прошлом году собрало 72 тысячи человек, по всей Республике в акции приняли участие более 116 тысяч человек. В столице ДНР в шествии колонны «Бессмертного полка» вместе с жителями Донецкой Народной Республики шли представители Российской Федерации, Франции, Германии, а также представители городов Донецкой области, временно подконтрольных Украине: Мариуполя, Славянска, Краматорска.

On April 3rd, the 1st campus of Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after Mikhail Tugan-Baranovsky hosted a Republic convention of coordinators of the Immortal Regiment international patriotic action. According to a correspondent of the DPR official website, Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin visited this event.

“The Donetsk People’s Republic has always honored the memory of the exploits of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers, which they accomplished in the years of the Great Patriotic War. The Immortal Regiment is an international action that reminds everyone who tries to distort historical facts that this will not work out for them. Virtually every family here has a hero who fought for the Motherland during the Great Patriotic War. Thanks to this action, people can tell the whole world the truth about the feats and victories of Soviet soldiers, the true goal and price of the Victory, which costed millions of lives of Soviet people. For five years now, there has been a war going on in our Donbass land: once again civilians are killed, this time at the hands of the modern Ukrainian fascists. And now, in the ranks of the Immortal Regiment, there are our heroes who died in defense of our land. This action is of great importance for the preservation of the true history, for the patriotic education of our children. We cannot let anyone rewrite our history — the history of the Great Victory!” the Head of the DPR noted.

The Immortal Regiment is an international public movement to preserve the personal memory of the generation of the Great Patriotic War. Participants of the movement annually on Victory Day march in formation through the streets of cities with photographs of their relatives, fallen warriors.

The Immortal Regiment international patriotic action has been held in the Donetsk People’s Republic since May 9th, 2015. In Donetsk, the nationwide parade last year brought together 72 thousand people, throughout the Republic over 116 thousand people took part in the action. In the capital of the DPR, representatives of the Russian Federation, France, Germany, as well as representatives of cities of the Donetsk region temporarily controlled by Ukraine, Mariupol, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, marched in the Immortal Regiment procession.
