В I квартале текущего года комиссией по согласованию выполнения строительных работ с привлечением бюджетных средств на территории Донецкой Народной Республики рассмотрено 338 пакетов документов по согласованию проведения капитальных ремонтов, реконструкции, нового строительства и подготовке проектно-сметной документации. Об этом в четверг, 4 апреля, рассказал первый заместитель министра строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства ДНР, председатель этой комиссии Виталий Кижаев.
«За I квартал текущего года комиссией рассмотрено 338 пакетов документов по согласованию проведения различного вида строительных работ и подготовке проектно-сметной документации. Положительные решения приняты по 300 пакетам документов», — сообщил Виталий Кижаев.
Он напомнил, что данная комиссия начала работу в Минстрое в 2017 году. Члены комиссии выступают экспертами при рассмотрении целесообразности выполнения строительных работ или проектной документации на запланированные за счет бюджетных средств капитальные ремонтные работы. Критериями для согласования выполнения строительных работ с привлечением бюджетных средств служат социальная значимость объекта инфраструктуры, его техническое состояние, наличие предписаний контролирующих и надзорных органов, наличие выданных государственными органами поручений по выполнению строительных работ, последняя дата проведения капитального ремонта.
В прошлом году комиссией было рассмотрено 1 113 пакетов документов. Положительное решение принято в 1 057 случаях.
In the first quarter of this year, the commission for coordinating the implementation of construction works with the involvement of budget funds in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic had considered 338 documentation packages for the approval of major repairs, reconstruction, new construction projects and the preparation of design specifications and estimates. First Deputy Minister of Construction Industry, Housing and Public Utilities of the DPR, chairman of this commission Vitaly Kizhayev told about this on Thursday, April 4th.
“For the first quarter of this year, the commission has reviewed 338 packages of documents on the coordination of various types of construction works and the preparation of design specifications and estimates. 300 packages of documents have been approved,” Vitaly Kizhayev informed.
He recalled that this commission has been operating in the Ministry of Construction Industry since 2017. The members of the commission act as experts when considering the expediency of carrying out construction work or project documentation for capital repairs planned at the expense of budget funds. The criteria for coordinating the implementation of construction works with the involvement of budget funds are the social importance of an infrastructure facility, its technical condition, the presence of prescriptions from management and supervisory authorities, the availability of instructions issued by state bodies for the implementation of construction works, the last date of capital repairs carried out.
Last year, the commission reviewed 1,113 documentation packages. 1,057 cases have been approved.
