Командование корпуса морской пехоты ВМС Украины провело анализ причин увольнения военнослужащих рядового и сержантского состава, в ходе которого было установлено, что основной причиной увольнения является отсутствие желания проходить военную службу по контракту в связи с несоответствием обещаний командования и реальной действительностью. Об этом в ходе брифинга 4 апреля сообщил начальник пресс-службы УНМ ДНР, майор Даниил Безсонов.
«Военнослужащие возмущены выплатой денежного довольствия не в полном объеме, поборами со стороны командиров и закупкой обмундирования за свой счет. Также основной причиной увольнения является отсутствие карьерного роста.
В связи с этим командиру 35-й бригады морской пехоты приказано разработать индивидуальный план карьеры на каждого военнослужащего и в срок до 15 мая довести до личного состава контрактной службы перспективы прохождения ими службы. Особо тяжелая ситуация складывается в плане некомплекта должностей механиков-водителей, который составляет 45 процентов от штатной численности. По имеющейся информации, чтобы исправить ситуацию, командование бригады проводит отбор личного состава данной категории на общевойсковом полигоне «Широкий Лан» в Николаевской области», — рассказал Даниил Безсонов.
Помимо этого, майор рассказал о росте небоевых потерь военнослужащих ВФУ в зоне ООС. Так, 3 апреля военнослужащие 93–й омбр, управляя автомобилем «Урал» в нетрезвом состоянии, заехали на свое же минное поле в районе Верхнеторецкого. В результате подрыва автомобиля на мине получили ранения различной степени тяжести двое военнослужащих бригады: лейтенант Мацюк Н.П. и солдат Нарижный А.С. Еще один военнослужащий 79-й одшбр в результате неосторожного обращения с оружием получил огнестрельное ранение ноги.
Причинами вышеуказанных происшествий явился слабый контроль со стороны командиров подразделений и бригад ВФУ за личным составом.

Particularly difficult situation has emerged in terms of understaffing of driver-mechanics, which is 45 percent of the manpower. According to the available information, in order to fix the situation, the brigade command selects personnel of this category at the Shiroky Lan combined arms ground in the Nikolayev region,” Daniil Bezsonov told.
In addition, the major told about the growth of non-combat losses among the AFU Military in the Joint Forces Operation zone. Thus, on April 3rd, the military of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade under influence driving an UrAL vehicle, entered their own minefield in the vicinity of Verkhnetoretskoye. As a result of blowing up, two servicemen of the brigade suffered injuries of varying severity: lieutenant N.P. Matsyuk and soldier A.S. Narizhny Another soldier of the 79th separate airborne assault brigade suffered a gunshot wound to the leg as a result of careless handling of a weapon.
The causes of the above incidents were poor control of the commanders of the units and AFU brigades over the personnel.
