5 апреля стало датой создания новой общественной организации в Донецкой Народной Республике — военно-патриотического движения «Молодая гвардия-Юнармия», учредительная конференция которой состоялась сегодня в конференц-зале Военно-исторического музея Великой Отечественной войны. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, за создание «Молодой гвардии-Юнармии» единогласно проголосовали 67 делегатов, представлявших 35 военно-патриотических клубов нашей Республики. Первым начальником на общественных началах Центрального штаба новой организации избрали заместителя начальника отдела военно-патриотического воспитания и оздоровления молодежи Министерства молодежи, спорта и туризма ДНР Виктора Пудака.

«Сегодня все в наших руках. Все, что создано нашими дедами и прадедами, чему научили наши родители, благодаря чему в 2014 году мы поднялись против «коричневой» нечисти. Перед нами огромный пласт работы», — отметил во вступительном слове начальник Управления по социальной поддержке военнослужащих в отставке и патриотическому воспитанию при Главе ДНР Владимир Кононов.

В ходе учредительной конференции было принято решение о создании общественной организации, принят устав «Военно-патриотического движения «Молодая гвардия-Юнармия», утверждена ее структура, одобрена концепция символики военно-патриотического движения, избраны начальник Центрального штаба и начальники 4 территориальных штабов в Горловке, Новоазовском районе, Донецке и Комсомольском.

Как сказал заместитель начальника Управления Народной милиции ДНР, полковник Эдуард Басурин, к созданию такой организации в Республике стремились еще с 2015 года. «Сегодня проходит юридическое закрепление статуса организации, на основании чего мы в дальнейшем сможем работать. Приятно осознавать, что у нас много взрослых людей, которые понимали необходимость работы с детьми — воспитания в них любви к своей земле, к своей исторической памяти», — подчеркнул он.

Заместитель министра образования и науки ДНР Андрей Удовенко отметил, что для Республики очень важно воспитание подрастающего поколения на традициях своего народа, подвигах отцов, дедов и прадедов. «Это будет и поисковая работа, военно-патриотическое воспитание детей и молодых людей, подготовка их к будущей военной службе в рядах армии Донецкой Народной Республики», — сказал он.

Планируется, что военный парад на центральной улице города Донецка 9 мая 2019 года откроют именно юнармейцы.

Общественная организация «Военно-патриотическое движение «Молодая гвардия—Юнармия» — это самоуправляемое некоммерческое объединение, созданное по инициативе граждан и руководствующееся в своей деятельности Уставом организации, имеющее свою печать и символику. Общественная организация предназначена для развития, совершенствования личности, повышения в обществе престижа и авторитета военной службы, сохранения и приумножения патриотических традиций. Основными направлениями работы движения являются: организация работы по техническим и военно-прикладным видам спорта; проведение туристических, краеведческих слетов, военно-спортивных соревнований, военно-полевых сборов, игр, походов, экскурсий, показательных выступлений; поисковая, волонтерская работа; проведение мероприятий, связанных с памятными датами Республики, событиями в истории родного края, воинской славы и боевых традиций армии. Членами военно-патриотического движения «Молодая гвардия—Юнармия» могут стать жители ДНР в возрасте от 8 до 35 лет на добровольных началах согласно поданному ими в территориальный штаб заявления и после принятия Клятвы юнармейца. Участниками этой общественной организации могут быть и юридические лица.

“Today everything is in our hands. Everything created by our grandfathers and great-grandfathers, as taught by our parents, thanks to which in 2014 we rose against the “brown plague” evil. We have a huge layer of work,” chief of the Directorate of Social Support for Retired Military and Patriotic Education under the Head of the DPR Vladimir Kononov said in his opening speech.

During the founding conference, it was decided to create the public organization, adopted the charter of the “Military-patriotic movement “Young Guard – Yunarmiya ”, approved its structure, approved the concept of symbolism of the military-patriotic movement, elected the head of the Central headquarters and chiefs of 4 local headquarters in Gorlovka, Novoazovsky District, Donetsk and Komsomolskoye.

According to deputy chief of the DPR People’s Militia Directorate, Colonel Eduard Basurin, they have been striving to create such an organization in the Republic since 2015. “Today, the legal status of the organization is being consolidated, on the basis of which we will be able to work in the future. It is good to know that we have a lot of adults who understood the need to work with children — instilling in them love for their land, for their historical memory,” he stressed.

Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the DPR Andrei Udovenko noted that it is very important for the Republic to educate the younger generation in accordance with the traditions of their people, the exploits of their fathers, grandfathers and great-grandfathers. “This will be the search work, the military-patriotic education of children and young people, their preparation for future military service in the army of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” he said.

It is planned that precisely the “members of the Yunarmiya” will open the military parade in the central street of the city of Donetsk on May 9th, 2019.

Public organization “Military-patriotic movement “Young Guard — Yynarmia” is a self-managed non-profit association, created at the initiative of citizens and guided in its activities by the Charter of the organization, which has its own seal and symbolism. The public organization is supposed to develop, improve the personality, increase the prestige and authority of the military service in the society, preserve and enhance the patriotic traditions. The main areas of work of the movement are: the organization of work on technical and military-applied sports; carrying out tourist, local history meetings, military sports competitions, military field gatherings, games, hikes, tours, demonstration performances; search, volunteer work; carrying out activities related to the memorable dates of the Republic, events in the history of the native land, military glory and military traditions of the army. Members of the military patriotic movement “Young Guard — Yunarmia” can become residents of the DPR aged 8 to 35 on a voluntary basis according to the application submitted by them to the local headquarters after swearing the Oath of a Yunarmiya member. Legal entities may also become members of this public organization.
