Сегодня, 5 апреля, в центральном штабе Народной дружины началось тематическое обучение первой группы дружинников.
Старшие дружинники местных штабов городов и районов ДНР, координационный и тренерский штабы дружины собрались в Донецке, чтобы освоить теоретическую базу, необходимую для грамотной организации деятельности НД.
«Овладение необходимыми знаниями, умениями и навыками, поддержание их на должном уровне и стремление к достижению профессионального мастерства является служебной обязанностью всего руководящего состава Народной дружины», — отметил руководитель Координационного штаба Народной дружины Владимир Тараненко.
Он подчеркнул, что абсолютно все дружинники проходят тематическую подготовку с целью изучения нормативных правовых актов, ознакомления с научно-техническими и практическими задачами обеспечения охраны общественного порядка, а также приобретения навыков по защите личности от преступных посягательств.
«Тематическая программа дружины включает в себя как лекционную, так и практическую часть и будет проводиться на регулярной основе. В практической части обучения дружинники приобретут навыки оказания медицинской помощи, самозащиты, самостоятельного решения задач в критических условиях и основы школы выживания. Учитывая, что удостоверение дружинника новобранцы получают исключительно после сдачи всех экзаменов, можно с уверенностью заявить, что к подготовке дружинников мы относимся со всей серьезностью», — резюмировал Владимир Тараненко.
Напомним, что Народная дружина была возрождена общественным движением «Донецкая Республика» 1 марта и действует на основании Закона ДНР «О полиции». Дружинниками могут стать жители ДНР возрастом от 18 лет, прошедшие тематическое обучение и выполнившие нормативы ГТО.
Today, on April 5th, the central staff of the People’s Patrol has begun the focused training of the first group of members of the People’s Patrol.
Senior members of the People’s Patrol of the local headquarters of cities, towns and districts of the DPR, coordinating and coaching staffs of the People’s patrol gathered in Donetsk to master the theoretical foundation necessary for competent arrangement of activities of the People’s Patrol.
“Mastering the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities, maintaining them at the proper level and striving to achieve professional mastery is the duty of the entire management team of the People’s Patrol,” chief of the Coordination Staff of the People’s Patrol Vladimir Taranenko noted.
He stressed that absolutely all members of the People’s Patrol undergo focused training in order to study regulatory legal acts, familiarize themselves with the research, technical and practical tasks of ensuring the protection of public order, as well as acquiring skills to protect a person from criminal encroachment.
“The themed programme of the People’s Patrol includes both lecture and practical parts, and will be conducted on a regular basis. During the practical part of training, members of the People’s Patrol will acquire skills in providing medical care, self-defense, self-solving of tasks in critical conditions and the basics of the school of survival. Given that the recruits receive a People’s Patrol member’s ID only after passing all the exams, we can confidently say that we take the preparation of People’s Patrol members really seriously,” Vladimir Taranenko concluded.
Recall that the People’s Patrol was revived by the Donetsk Republic Public Movement on March 1st, and it acts on the grounds of the DPR Law On Police. Residents of the DPR aged 18 and more, who will have to pass the focused training and hit Ready for Labor and Defense qualifying standards, can become People’s Patrol members.
