6 апреля, в рамках рабочего визита в Донецкую Народную Республику, координатор подгруппы по гуманитарным вопросам в Трехсторонней контактной группе по урегулированию ситуации в Донбассе, посол ОБСЕ Тони Фриш посетил Никитовскую исправительную колонию. Здесь он провел конфиденциальную встречу с несовершеннолетним осужденным.
По итогам посещения представитель ОБСЕ остался доволен условиями содержания и соблюдением прав удерживаемых лиц в Никитовской исправительной колонии. Тони Фриш поблагодарил Уполномоченного по правам человека в Донецкой Народной Республике и представителей власти ДНР за организацию визита и выразил надежду на дальнейшее сотрудничество для решения комплекса гуманитарных вопросов, обусловленных конфликтом на территории Донбасса.
Напомним, вчера Тони Фриш посетил Донецкий следственный изолятор и Торезскую исправительную колонию, а также встретился с родственниками лиц, пропавших без вести, и лиц, удерживаемых на территории Украины.
On April 6th, within the framework of his working visit to the Donetsk People’s Republic, the coordinator of the subgroup for humanitarian affairs in the Trilateral Contact Group on the settlement of the situation in Donbass, OSCE ambassador Tony Frisch visited the correctional facility of Nikitovka. Here he had a confidential meeting with a juvenile inmate.
As a result of the visit, the OSCE representative was satisfied with the incarceration conditions and the rights of the persons detained in the correctional facility of Nikitovka. Tony Frisch thanked the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Donetsk People’s Republic and representatives of the DPR authorities for organizing the visit and expressed hope for further cooperation in resolving the complex humanitarian issues caused by the conflict in the Donbass territory.
Recall, yesterday, Tony Frisch visited the Donetsk remand prison and the Torez correctional facility, and also met with relatives of missing persons and persons detained in the territory of Ukraine.
