Сегодня, 8 апреля, на базе Республиканского центра экстренной медицинской помощи и медицины катастроф Донецкой Народной Республики для 25 дружинников прошел ряд лекций по оказанию первой медицинской помощи и топографии с основами ориентирования на местности. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Народной дружины.
Под руководством специалиста медицинского учреждения старшие дружинники освоили перечень состояний, угрожающих жизни и здоровью потерпевшего, методы их выявления и мероприятия по оказанию первой помощи в случае их выявления. Лектор при помощи теоретической базы и наглядных примеров обозначила, в каких случаях дружинники могут оказать помощь, а в каких обязаны дождаться медиков, как оценить степень угрозы жизни пострадавшего, а также, как правильно взаимодействовать с пострадавшим, чтобы не усугубить его состояние.
Помимо этого в рамках обучения дружинники прослушали лекцию по топографии. Лектором выступил депутат Народного Совета ДНР Александр Камышов. Он познакомил присутствующих с ориентированием на местности различными способами — с помощью карты или компаса. Также лектор объяснил, как понимать карту, каких она бывает видов, какие у нее свойства, условные обозначения и приемы использования.
«Высокая квалификация народных дружинников – это одна из наших приоритетных задач. Программа обучения, по которой на данный момент занимаются новобранцы дружины, включает в себя довольно обширный спектр знаний и навыков, который преподают профильные специалисты. И только освоив эту необходимую базу знаний и сдав по ней экзамен, ребята станут настоящими народными дружинниками», — отметил руководитель Народной дружины Роман Трошин.

Under the guidance of a specialist from the medical institution, senior members of the People’s Patrol mastered the list of conditions that threaten the life and health of a victim, methods for their detection and first aid measures in case of their detection. With the help of theoretical base and illustrative examples, the lecturer indicated in which cases People’s Patrol members can render aid, and in which cases they have to wait for doctors, how to assess the degree of threat to a victim’s life, and also how to properly interact with a victim so as not to aggravate the condition.
In addition, as part of the training, People’s Patrol members listened to a lecture on topography. Deputy of the DPR People’s Council Alexander Kamyshov acted as the lecturer. He acquainted those present with various methods of land navigation: navigation with a map or compass. The lecturer also explained how to understand a map, its types, what properties it has, the legend, and methods of use.
“High qualification of People’s Patrol members is one of our priorities. The training program that the People’s Patrol recruits are currently engaged in includes a rather extensive range of knowledge and skills, which are taught by specialists. And only having mastered this necessary knowledge base and having passed the exam in it, the guys will become real members of the People’s Patrol,” chief of the People’s Patrol Roman Troshin noted.
