Делегация Верховного Суда ДНР во главе с Председателем Верховного Суда Андреем Кимом с дружеским визитом посетила Республику Южная Осетия, приняла участие в торжественных мероприятиях, посвящённых празднованию Дня работника судебной системы Республики Южная Осетия. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба республиканского судебного ведомства.

Представители ДНР и Южной Осетии обменялись опытом в вопросах становления судебной системы в условиях военных действий и изоляции государства, отметили стремление в укреплении связей в рамках подписанного ранее Соглашения о взаимном сотрудничестве и обмене правовой информацией между Верховным Судом ДНР и Верховным Судом Республики Южная Осетия, выразили уверенность в укреплении дружественных отношений и долгосрочное и плодотворное сотрудничество.

Также, Председатель Верховного Суда ДНР принял участие в рабочей встрече с Председателем Конституционного Суда Республики Северная Осетия – Алания Станиславом Кесаевым. Стороны обсудили ряд ключевых вопросов обусловленных необходимостью создания Конституционного Суда ДНР.

A delegation of the DPR Supreme Court, headed by Chairman of the Supreme Court Andrei Kim, paid a friendly visit to the Republic of South Ossetia, took part in solemn events dedicated to the celebration of Judiciary Official’s Day of the Republic of South Ossetia. It is reported by the press service of the republic judiciary institution.

The representatives of the DPR and South Ossetia shared experience in the establishment of the judicial system in the midst of the military operations and isolation of the state, highlighted the desire to strengthen ties in the framework of the previously signed Agreement on the mutual cooperation and sharing of legal information between the DPR Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the Republic of South Ossetia, expressed confidence in strengthening friendly relations, long-term and fruitful cooperation.

In addition, the Chairman of the DPR Supreme Court took part in a working meeting with Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania Stanislav Kesayev. The parties discussed a series of key issues, which stemmed from the need to create a Constitutional Court in the DPR.
