По вине украинской стороны три профильные группы не имели возможности приступить к полноценному заседанию в Минске. Об этом сообщает МИД ДНР.
«Киев сделал все, чтобы практически полностью заблокировать заседание рабочих групп по гуманитарным, экономическим и политическим вопросам. Безусловно, мы понимаем, что официальные представители пока действующей украинской власти озабочены итогами первого тура выборов, а не миром в Донбассе, но вместе с тем мы огорчены, что координаторы от ОБСЕ не предприняли мер по предотвращению блокировки работы. На данный момент продолжает работу группа во вопросам безопасности, на повестке которой главный вопрос — обеспечение эффективности перемирия, что невозможно без согласования дополнительных мер усиления и контроля режима прекращения огня», – заявила полпред ДНР Наталья Никонорова.

Of course, we realize that the official representatives of the Ukrainian government, which is in force thus far, are concerned about the outcome of the first round of the election, and not about peace in Donbass, but at the same time, we are disappointed that the OSCE coordinators had taken no measures to prevent them from thwarting the work. At present, the group for security issues is continuing its work, whose main issue on the agenda is to ensure the effectiveness of the truce, which is impossible without agreeing on additional measures to enhance and control the ceasefire,” DPR plenipotentiary Natalia Nikonorova stated.
