Как сообщает пресс-служба аппарата Уполномоченного по правам человека в ДНР, очередное заседание в Минске началось с отчета координатора гуманитарной подгруппы Трехсторонней контактной группы по урегулированию ситуации в Донбассе посла ОБСЕ Тони Фриша о поездке на территорию Украины, в рамках которой были запланированы встречи с удерживаемыми лицами.
Представитель ОБСЕ сообщил, что его не допустили в три пенитенциарных учреждения, в результате чего Тони Фришу удалось посетить только шесть человек.
Напомним, на прошлой неделе координатор гуманитарной подгруппы г-н Фриш посетил пенитенциарные учреждения Донецкой Народной Республики, в которых провел конфиденциальные беседы с осужденными. По итогам поездки он остался доволен условиями содержания и соблюдением прав удерживаемых лиц.
According to the press service of the Human Rights Commissioner’s Office in the DPR, another meeting in Minsk began with a report on the trip to the territory of Ukraine, during which meeting were held with detainees, made by the coordinator of the humanitarian subgroup in the Trilateral Contact Group on resolving the situation in Donbass, OSCE ambassador Tony Frisch.
The OSCE representative reported that they had not let him in three penitentiaries, as a result of which Tony Frisch was able to visit only six people.
Recall last week, the coordinator of the humanitarian subgroup, Mr. Frisch, visited the penitentiary institutions of the Donetsk People’s Republic, where he had confidential conversations with inmates. At the end of the trip, he was satisfied with the incarceration conditions and observance of the rights of detainees.
