О сорванном минском заседании и отказе Украины от обмена пленными рассказала в эксклюзивном интервью корреспонденту официального сайта Уполномоченный по правам человека в Донецкой Народной Республике Дарья Морозова.
«На данный момент ничего не поменялось, потому что официальные переговорщики снова не приехали на заседание, соответственно, заседание было по вине Украины полностью сорвано, и обсудить все вопросы заявленной повестки нам, к сожалению, не удалось.
К обмену военнопленными мы на данный момент полностью готовы, в принципе готова и украинская сторона, на данный момент нужна только политическая воля действующего руководства Украины, чтобы просто собраться и сделать этот обмен. Поскольку политической воли не было даже в предвыборной гонке, даже для пиара, то я просто могу сделать вывод, что на данный момент им процесс Минска просто неинтересен» — подчеркнула Дарья Морозова.
Commissioner for Human Rights in the Donetsk People’s Republic Darya Morozova told in an exclusive interview with a correspondent of the DPR official website about the thwarted meeting in Minsk and Ukraine’s refusal to swap war prisoners.
“At the moment, nothing has changed, because the official negotiators did not attend the meeting again, respectively, the meeting was completely disrupted through the fault of Ukraine, and unfortunately, we did not manage to discuss any issues on the announced agenda.
At the moment, we are fully ready for an exchange of war prisoners, the Ukrainian side, technically, is ready too, now we need only the political will of the current leadership of Ukraine in order to just get together and do this exchange. Since there was no political will even during the election race, even for the sake of PR, I can simply conclude that they are just not interested in the process of Minsk at the moment,” Darya Morozova stressed.
