Украинское командование продолжает препятствовать работе миссии ОБСЕ в Донбассе, скрывая тяжелое вооружение, находящееся вне установленных мест размещения, нарушая тем самым Минские соглашения. Об этом сегодня, 17 апреля, во время брифинга рассказал начальник пресс–службы УНМ ДНР, майор Даниил Безсонов.
«Данные факты регулярно находят своё отражение в отчётах миссии. В частности, помимо регулярных запретов допуска автомобилей патрулей ОБСЕ в районы сосредоточения тяжелого вооружения украинские силовики продолжают предпринимать попытки подавления беспилотников ОБСЕ.
Так, 13 апреля силами мобильной группы РЭБ подразделений ВСУ осуществлялось подавление сигнала GPS БПЛА СММ дальнего радиуса действия, что также подтверждается и отчетом миссии ОБСЕ.
Кроме того, наблюдателями миссии ОБСЕ зафиксированы результаты обстрела украинскими силовиками окрестностей Сосновского из 122-мм артиллерии в ночь на 13 апреля. Напомню, стрельба велась с направления Чермалыка. Всего представители миссии ОБСЕ зафиксировали 25 свежих воронок. Выражаем надежду, что данный вопиющий факт применения украинскими боевиками тяжелого вооружения не останется без внимания на очередной встрече в Минске», — рассказал Безсонов.

“These facts are regularly documented in the reports of the Mission. In particular, in addition to regular bans on letting OSCE patrol cars in the areas of concentration of heavy weapons, the Ukrainian militants still make attempts to suppress OSCE drones.
Therefore, on April 13th, an EW mobile team of the AFU units suppressed the GPS signal of a long-range UAV of the SMM, which is also confirmed by the report of the OSCE Mission.
Moreover, the OSCE Mission’s monitors recorded the results of the shelling of the outskirts of Sosnovskoye from the direction of the Ukrainian militants using 122mm artillery on the night of April 13th. Let me remind you that the shelling was launched from the direction of Chermalyk. In total, the representatives of the OSCE Mission registered 25 fresh shell craters. We hope that this blatant fact of use of heavy weapons by the Ukrainian militants will not remain unnoticed at the next meeting in Minsk,” Bezsonov told.
