«Сегодня произошел очередной вопиющий случай, подтверждающий нежелание украинского военно-политического руководства придерживаться курса мирного урегулирования конфликта в Донбассе. Боевики из 93-й механизированной бригады, специализирующейся на уничтожении гражданских и медицинских транспортных средств, регулярных обстрелах насосных станций и персонала, обеспечивающего их работоспособность, снова совершили террористический акт.
По приказу преступника, командира 93-й бригады Брыжинского и под непосредственным контролем командира 20-го батальона этой бригады Рымаренко с направления Авдеевки в районе 16:00 был открыт прицельный огонь по съемочной группе ВГТРК, осуществлявшей подготовку репортажа о бытовых условиях мирных граждан и обстановке в районе Спартака.
Необходимо отметить, что огонь вел снайпер, который отчетливо видел в прицел людей, в которых он стрелял. Действия снайпера прикрывались огнем из РПГ и АГС. К счастью, ни одна из выпущенных украинским снайпером пуль не достигла своей цели, никто из членов съемочной группы не пострадал.
Чувствуя безнаказанность, убийцы из 93-й бригады все чаще обстреливают мирных граждан и объекты гражданской инфраструктуры. Увидев безоружных журналистов, они покушались на их жизни.
Поскольку данный факт является грубейшим нарушением норм международного гуманитарного права, настоятельно требуем от руководства ОБСЕ не оставлять его без внимания и решительно осудить преступные действия украинских боевиков», — говорится в заявлении.
