В субботу, 20 апреля, в Ливадийском дворце в рамках V Ялтинского международного экономического форума прошла конференция «Санкционный мир. Глобальные вызовы». В мероприятии принял участие Глава Донецкой Народной Республики Денис Пушилин.

Участниками конференции стали Глава Республики Крым Сергей Аксенов, депутат Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации Наталья Поклонская, сопредседатель общероссийской общественной организации «Деловая Россия», председатель правления фонда «Ялтинский международный экономический форум» Андрей Назаров. Всего в мероприятии приняли участие представители более 50 стран.

Открывая конференцию, Андрей Назаров отметил, что санкции против Российской Федерации были введены после того, как жители Крыма проголосовали за воссоединение с Россией.

«Эти санкции перестали работать как инструмент сдерживания каких-то стран, а больше превратились в инструмент сведения счетов или давления для каких-то экономических выгод той или иной страны. Поэтому сегодня мы хотим услышать ваше мнение — насколько санкционная политика может создавать проблемы только одной стране», – обратился Андрей Назаров к участникам конференции.

Как отметил Глава Республики Крым Сергей Аксенов, на конференции собрались люди, которые хотят принести пользу своим странам.

«Думаю, что мы в результате сегодняшнего обсуждения найдем инструменты, которые нам позволят более эффективно бороться с санкционными мерами», – сказал Глава Республики Крым.

Также он отметил, что необходима консолидация усилий всех стран для восстановления мира.

Комментируя итоги форума, Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин отметил, что участие Донецкой Народной Республики в Ялтинском международном экономическом форуме прошло продуктивно.

«Нашими министерствами была проведена серьезная работа по организации участия Республики на данном экономическом форуме. Сейчас можно говорить уже о том, что мы приблизились к подписанию контрактов, к чему-то уже более осязаемому. Есть порядка 50 реальных предложений.

Надеюсь, что это уже конкретно приведет к коммерческим интересам наших предприятий, которые присутствовали на данном экономическом форуме», – отметил лидер государства.

Также он уточнил, что это предприятия продовольственной и угольной промышленности, металлургия и проходческое оборудование. Кроме того, Глава Республики отметил, что в качестве транзитной территории рассматривается Крымский регион.

Комментируя интерес азиатских стран к продукции, производимой в Донецкой Народной Республике, Денис Пушилин отметил, что многие страны на Ближнем Востоке также подвержены санкциям.

«Третий день форума как раз посвящен санкциям. Многие страны попадают в эту категорию.

Как мы сегодня услышали от участников конференции, не всегда санкции играют в конечном счете негативную роль, потому что многие страны консолидируются, когда попадают под санкции, задействуют дополнительные ресурсы. В итоге приходят к тому результату, на который не рассчитывает Запад», – сказал Глава ДНР.

Как отметил Глава Республики, по итогам форума будет проведен тщательный анализ по всем установленным контактам и исходя из этого будут поставлены задачи перед министерствами и ведомствами ДНР.

On Saturday, April 20th, the Livadia Palace hosted a conference on the topic of “The World of Sanctions. Global Challenges” within the framework of the 5th Yalta International Economic Forum. Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin took part in the event.

The participants of the conference were Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov, Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Natalya Poklonskaya, co-chairman of the All-Russian Public Organization “Delovaya Rossiya”, chairman of the board of the Yalta International Economic Forum foundation Andrey Nazarov. In total, representatives from more than 50 countries attended the event.

Opening the conference, Andrey Nazarov noted that sanctions against the Russian Federation had been imposed after the residents of the Crimea voted for the reunification with Russia.

“These sanctions ceased to function as an instrument of suppression of some countries, and more turned into an instrument of settling accounts or pressure for some economic benefits of some countries. Therefore, today we want to hear your opinion on how the sanctions policy can create problems for only one country,” Andrey Nazarov addressed the conference participants.

Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov noted that the people who want to do good for their countries had gathered at the conference.

“I think that after today’s discussion, we will find the tools that will allow us to more effectively deal with the sanctions measures,” the Head of the Republic of Crimea said.

He also noted that it is necessary to consolidate the efforts of all the countries to restore peace.

Commenting on the results of the forum, Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin noted that the participation of the Donetsk People’s Republic in the Yalta International Economic Forum was productive.

“Our ministries have carried out serious work on arranging the participation of the Republic in this economic forum. Now we can already say that we have become closer to signing contracts, to something more t meaningful. There are about 50 real proposals.

I hope that this will precisely lead to the commercial interests of our enterprises that were present at this economic forum,” the state’s leader noted.

He also clarified that these are enterprises of the food and coal industry, metals industry and mining equipment. In addition, the Head of the Republic noted that the Crimean region is being considered as a transit territory.

Commenting on the interest of the Asian countries in the products manufactured in the Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushilin noted that many countries in the Near East were also subjected to the sanctions.

“The third day of the forum is dedicated exactly to the sanctions. Many countries fall into this category.

As we heard today from the conference participants, sanctions do not always play a negative role in the final reckoning, because many countries consolidate when they are subjected to sanctions and use additional resources. Eventually, they get the result that the West does not count on,” the Head of the DPR said.

According to the Head of the Republic, following the results of the forum, a thorough analysis will be conducted on all the established contacts and on this basis, the ministries and agencies of the DPR will be charged with the tasks.
