Профильные министерства завершили обсуждение реализации конкурса «Опора Республики». Финальная рабочая встреча, посвященная вопросам выработки наиболее эффективных и оптимальных механизмов проведения конкурса, прошла сегодня, 23 апреля, в Донецке. Организатором встречи выступило общественное движение «Донецкая Республика».
Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики, в мероприятии приняли участие министр информации ДНР Игорь Антипов, первый заместитель министра иностранных дел ДНР Сергей Пересада, депутат Народного Совета Ольга Кравцова, начальник отдела сбора, обработки и систематизации информации СМИ Министерства информации ДНР Наталья Першина, депутаты Народного Совета ДНР, представители общественности.
В приветственном слове министр информации ДНР акцентировал внимание на том, что основными качествами конкурса «Опора Республики» являются его народность и открытость.
«Конкурс абсолютно народный. В нем нет предельных ограничений возраста, пола, стажа. Любой человек от 20 лет может принять в нем участие и получить возможность не только изменить свою жизнь, но и быть причастным к преобразованиям в его государстве. Кадровая политика – основа любого государства, а знание своего кадрового потенциала и грамотное управление сделают нашу Республику сильной и на внешних рубежах. Поэтому поручение Дениса Пушилина о формировании кадрового резерва очень своевременно», — сказал Игорь Антипов.
Как отметил первый замминистра иностранных дел Сергей Пересада, «Опора Республики» важна не только для государства в целом, но и для отдельных министерств и ведомств: «Для Министерства иностранных дел инициатива «Опора Республики» — это прежде всего возможность найти специалистов, которые обладают навыками, умениями — и самое главное, искренним стремлением внести вклад в деятельность по реализацию внешнеполитического курса ДНР».
В своем выступлении депутат Народного Совета ДНР Ольга Кравцова также подчеркнула важность подготовленных кадров в условиях построения успешных международных отношений.
«Признание в качестве полноправного субъекта мировой политики – одна из ключевых целей, стоящих перед ДНР, и международные отношения являются важнейшим инструментом для ее достижения. Конкурс «Опора Республики» может помочь в поиске кадров, необходимых для раскрытия потенциала ДНР в сфере международных отношений», — сказала депутат.
«В ДНР ситуация осложнена военными событиями, вследствие которых большая часть квалифицированных специалистов покинула территорию Республики. Сегодня эту ситуацию может изменить только грамотная политика руководства государства. И решение Главы ДНР о формировании кадрового резерва Республики на сегодня является приоритетной задачей. Только полноценная кадровая база позволит определить возможности государства, а следовательно, его дальнейшее развитие», — подытожила сотрудник Министерства информации ДНР Наталья Першина.
Отметим, что обсуждение конкурса «Опора Республики» будет продолжено с представителями общественности в обновленном формате.
The specialized ministries have completed the discussion of the implementation of the Reliance of the Republic competition. The final working meeting devoted to the development of the most effective and optimal mechanisms for the competition took place today, on April 23rd, in Donetsk. According to a correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Minister of Information of the DPR Igor Antipov, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPR Sergey Peresada, deputy of the People’s Council Olga Kravtsova, head of the DPR Information Ministry’s Office for Collection, Processing and Systematization of Media Information Natalia Pershina, deputies of the DPR People’s Council and representatives of the public took part in the event.
In his welcoming speech, Minister of Information of the DPR focused on the fact that the main features of the Reliance of the Republic competition are its nationwide nature and openness.
“The competition is absolutely of a nationwide nature. It has no limits on age, gender, length of service. Any person aged 20 can take part in it and get the opportunity not only to change his life, but also to be involved in the reformations in his state. Personnel policy is the basis of any state, and knowledge of your personnel potential and competent management will make our Republic strong on the external borders too. Therefore, Denis Pushilin’s instruction to form a personnel reserve is very timely,” Igor Antipov said.
First Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Peresada noted that Reliance of the Republic is important not only to the state in general, but also to particular ministries and agencies, “For the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the initiative of Reliance the Republic is, above all, the opportunity to find specialists who possess skills, abilities and, most importantly, a sincere desire to contribute to the activities of implementing the foreign policy course of the DPR.
In her speech, deputy of the DPR People’s Council Olga Kravtsova also highlighted the importance of trained personnel in the context of building successful international relations.
“Recognition as a full-fledged entity of the global politics is one of the key objectives of the DPR, and international relations are the most important tool for achieving it. The Reliance of the Republic competition can help in finding the personnel needed to unlock the potential of the DPR in the field of international relations,” the deputy said.
“The situation in the DPR is complicated by military actions, as a result of which most of the qualified specialists left the territory of the Republic. Today this situation can be changed only by a competent policy of the state leadership. And the decision of the Head of the DPR on the formation of a personnel reserve of the Republic today is a priority task. Only a full-fledged personnel base will allow us to determine the capabilities of the state, and, consequently, its further development,” employee of the DPR Ministry of Information Natalia Pershina summed up.
