Сегодня в Минске представители Киева снова усложнили работу гуманитарной и экономической групп техническими вопросами, связанными с рассылкой необходимых документов, а также делегированием единственного представителя на две подгруппы, который не был наделен необходимыми полномочиями.
«Уже не в первый раз со стороны Украины применяются такие методы саботажа переговорного процесса. Переговорщики в подгруппе по экономическим вопросам прождали представителя Киева в течение четырех часов, который все это время был задействован в работе подгруппы по гуманитарным вопросам. В результате работа обеих профильных групп не была полноценной: переговорщикам не удалось предметно обсудить важнейшие вопросы повестки», – сообщила полпред ДНР Наталья Никонорова.
Так, для Республик помимо пенсий вопросами, требующими наискорейших практических решений, являются выплаты задолженности железнодорожникам и работникам КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса». Однако, как пояснил координатор по экономическим вопросам, именно на эти темы не хватило времени.
«По этим искусственно созданным украинской стороной техническим причинам даже участие новой главы делегации МККК на Украине Флоранс Жиллетт в работе именно этих подгрупп не принесло существенных подвижек в диалоге», – отметила Полпред ДНР.
Today in Minsk, the representatives of Kiev again complicated the work of the humanitarian and economic groups with technical issues related to the distribution of the necessary documents, as well as the delegation of a single representative to the two subgroups, who were not endowed with the necessary powers.
“It is not the first time that Ukraine has used such methods of sabotage on the negotiation process. The negotiators in the subgroup for economic issues had been waiting for the representative of Kiev for four hours, who all this time was involved in the work of the subgroup for humanitarian issues. As a result, the work of both specialized groups was not full-fledged: the negotiators did not manage to substantively discuss the most important issues on the agenda,” DPR plenipotentiary representative Natalia Nikonorova informed.
Thus, for the Republics, in addition to pensions, the issues requiring the earliest practical solutions are the payment of debts to railroad workers and employees of Voda Donbassa Public Utilities Company. However, as the coordinator for economic issues explained, exactly for these topics they did not have enough time to discuss them.
“For these technical reasons artificially created by the Ukrainian side, even the participation of the new head of the ICRC delegation to Ukraine, Florence Gillett, in the work of these particular groups did not bring significant progress in the dialogue,” the Plenipotentiary Representative of the DPR noted.
