25 апреля сотрудники Республиканского предприятия «Региональная энергопоставляющая компания» восстановили энергоснабжение населенного пункта Спартак, обесточенного в результате обстрелов ВФУ еще в июле 2014 года. Таким образом, жители поселка впервые за почти пять лет смогли зажечь в своих домах свет, сообщает пресс-служба Министерства угля и энергетики ДНР.
«Энергетики неоднократно на протяжении этих лет пытались восстановить энергоснабжение поселка, однако из-за активных боевых действий сделать это было невозможно. Наконец, в 2019 году благодаря совместным усилиям Министерства угля и энергетики ДНР, Совместного центра по контролю и координации режима прекращения огня, Министерства иностранных дел стало возможным проведение ремонтных работ», — рассказал директор департамента электроэнергетики Министерства угля и энергетики ДНР Павел Попович.
За годы войны киевские силовики уничтожили все электрохозяйство поселка: подстанцию 110 кВ «Спартак», комплектную трансформаторную подстанцию, десятки опор линий электропередачи, сотни метров проводов разного класса напряжения. Поэтому специалистам РП «РЭК» пришлось строить заново практически всю энергетическую инфраструктуру Спартака. С такой непростой задачей ремонтные бригады предприятия справились за две недели. Был проложен почти километр высоковольтного кабеля 6 кВ с четырьмя проколами под железнодорожным полотном и дорожным покрытием, установлена новая комплектная трансформаторная подстанция, новые опоры, проложены сотни метров самонесущего изолированного провода, подключены к линии дома и т. д.
Как отмечают специалисты РП «РЭК», первыми к энергоснабжению подключают дома, собственники которых постоянно проживают в поселке, следующим этапом станет присоединение абонентов, которые приезжают в Спартак только в светлое время суток. При строительстве использовались материалы, поставленные в рамках Гуманитарной программы из Российской Федерации.
On April 25th, workers of the Regional Energy Distributing Company Republic Enterprise restored the power supply in the village of Spartak, which had been left with no power as a result of AFU shelling back in July 2014. Therefore, for the first time for nearly five years, the villagers have been able to put the light on in their houses; the press service of the Ministry of Coal and Energy of the DPR informs.
“Power engineers had repeatedly tried to restore the village’s power supply over the years, but because of the active hostilities, it was impossible to do so. Finally, in 2019, thanks to the joint efforts of the Ministry of Coal and Energy of the DPR, the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it became possible to carry out repairs,” told Pavel Popovich, the Director of the Electric Power Industry Department of the Ministry of Coal and Energy of the DPR.
During the war years, the Kiev militants had destroyed all the electrical facilities in the village: the 110 kV Spartak electrical substation, the package transformer substation, dozens of power transmission line supports, hundreds of meters of wires of different voltage classes. Therefore, specialists of the Regional Energy Distributing Company Republic Enterprise had had to rebuild almost the entire power infrastructure in Spartak. With such a difficult task, the repair crews of the company coped in two weeks. Almost a kilometer of 6 kV high-voltage cable was laid with four reaches-through under the railroad track and road surface, a new package transformer substation and new supports were installed, hundreds of meters of self-supporting insulated wire were laid, the lines were connected to the houses, etc. According to the specialists of the Regional Energy Distributing Company Republic Enterprise, houses whose owners permanently reside in the village are connected to the power supply on a first-priority basis, the next stage will be the connection of consumers who come to Spartak only during daylight hours. During the construction, they used materials that were supplied as part of the humanitarian program from the Russian Federation.
