На шахте «Горняк-95» в Макеевке 7 мая с опережением графика на 95 дней был досрочно сдан в эксплуатацию третий очистной забой на 5-й северной лаве. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, с таким важным событием в истории предприятия коллектив поздравили Глава Донецкой Народной Республики Денис Пушилин и другие почетные гости.

Это трудовое достижение состоялась благодаря реализации программы социально-экономического развития предприятия.

«Сегодня важное событие не только для вашего предприятия, а для всей промышленности Донецкой Народной Республики. Я встречался с вашим руководством осенью, когда принималась инвестиционная программа. Она предусматривала мораторий на штрафные санкции в отношении угледобывающего предприятия «Горняк-95», а руководством шахты были приняты обязательства запустить новую лаву и увеличить объем добычи угля. Сегодня мы с вами видим результаты. С одной стороны — грамотной государственной политики, а с другой — выполнение обещания предприятием. Считаю, что такая практика показала свою успешность и ее необходимо распространить на другие предприятия, оказавшихся в подобных ситуациях. Поздравляю коллектив и руководство шахты со знаковым событием», — заявил горнякам Денис Пушилин. Затем он сделал запись в Книге почетных гостей.

По словам министра угля и энергетики ДНР Руслана Дубовского, в Республике продолжается открытие новых лав и увеличивается количество новых очистных забоев. «Сегодня коллектив предприятия, инвестор показали, что можно работать и организовать работу. Третья лава — надеюсь, что не последняя. За труд коллективу говорю спасибо», — заявил он.

Оценку состояния нового очистного забоя огласил председатель государственной приемочной комиссии, и.о. председателя Гостехнадзора ДНР Владимир Цымбаленко. «На этом предприятии теперь будут эксплуатироваться три очистных забоя, которые обеспечат добычу качественного угля. Согласно программе развития горных работ на 2019 год, была подготовлена новая лава и представлена членам государственной комиссии. Комиссия определила, что эта лава достойна к принятию в эксплуатацию с оценкой «отлично», — сказал он.

Министр доходов и сборов ДНР Евгений Лавренов подчеркнул, что сегодня дан положительный пример социально-ответственных отношений между государством и предприятием. «Была предоставлена возможность «Горняку-95» избежать сложных ситуаций, которые сложились в процессе формирования нашего государства. Главой Республики было принято решение наложить мораторий на те штрафные санкции, которые возникли у предприятия. Это дало возможность инвестировать средства в производство. Министерство доходов и сборов осуществляло экономический контроль. Мы вам очень благодарны, что вы оправдали наши надежды», — заявил он.

Как отметил директор ЧПП «Горняк-95» Михаил Золотарёв, ввод третьего очистного забоя позволит шахте выполнить намеченную программу развития предприятия. «Эта лава дает возможность коллективу вновь созданного участка работать 1,5 года. Мы — единственное в Республике предприятие, которое отрабатывает угольные пласты 0,7- 0,8 метра. Это позволяет нам передавать практически «материнскую» зольность, заложенную природой на пластах. Благодаря вводу в эксплуатацию этой лавы мы подготовили дополнительно на этом предприятии 120 рабочих мест», — сказал он.

Руководитель парламентской фракции «Донецкая Республика» в Народном Совете ДНР Валерий Скороходов отметил, что предприятие находилось в сложном положении, но с проведением грамотной политики со стороны государства и приходом нового профессионального руководства оно начало развиваться. Депутат Народного Совета ДНР, председатель Федерации профсоюзов Республики Максим Паршин отметил нынешнюю стабильность работы этого предприятия и сохранение здесь социальных гарантий для трудящихся.

По мнению руководителя Центрального исполкома общественного движения «Донецкая Республика» Алексея Муратова, только совместными усилиями можно выстоять в войне и построить крепкое народное государство.

It provided for a moratorium on penalties for the Gornyak-95 coal mining enterprise, and the management of the mine made commitments to open a new coalface and increase coal production. Today we have seen the results. On the one hand, a competent state policy, and on the other hand, the fact that the enterprise fulfilled the promise. I believe that this experience has proved its success and must be extended to other enterprises that have ended up in similar situations. I congratulate the staff and the management of the mine on the landmark event,” Denis Pushilin said to the miners. Then he left a message in the Book of Honorary Guests.

According to Minister for Coal and Energy of the DPR Ruslan Dubovsky the opening of new coalfaces continues in the Republic and the number of new working faces is increasing. “Today the enterprise’s staff and the investor have shown that it is possible to work together and arrange for. The third coalface, I hope, is not the last one. I thank the team for the work done,” he stated.

The chairperson of the state acceptance commission, acting chairperson of the DPR State Mining and Industrial Inspectorate Vladimir Tsymbalenko, announced an assessment of the condition of the new working face. “This enterprise will now operate three working faces that will ensure the production of high-quality coal. According to the mining development program for 2019, the new coalface was prepared and presented to members of the state commission. The commission has determined that this coalface is worthy of being put on production with an excellent mark,” he said.

Minister for Revenues and Duties of the DPR Yevgeny Lavrenov stressed that today they saw a positive example of socially responsible relations between the state and the enterprise. “The opportunity was given to Gornyak-95 to avoid difficult situations that had emerged in the process of formation of our state. The Head of the Republic decided to impose a moratorium on the penalties that the enterprise had had. This made it possible to invest in production. The Ministry of Revenues and Duties exercised economic control. We are very grateful to you that you have justified our hopes,” he stated.

Director of the Gornyak-95 private production enterprise Mikhail Zolotaryov noted that the commissioning of the third working face would allow the mine to fulfill the intended development program of the enterprise. “This coalface allows the team of the newly created site to work for a year and a half. We are the only company in the Republic that works on coal seams of 0.7-0.8 meters. This allows us to transfer almost original ash-content, laid down by nature in the seams. Thanks to the commissioning of this coalface, we have prepared 120 additional workplaces at this enterprise,” he said.

Head of the Donetsk Republic faction in the DPR People’s Council Valery Skorokhodov noted that the company had been in a difficult situation, but after the implementation of the competent policy by the state and the coming of the new professional leadership, it began to develop. Deputy of the People’s Council of the DPR, chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic Maxim Parshin noted the stability of the work of this enterprise now and the preservation of social guarantees for workers here.
