Донецкая Народная Республика полностью готова к проведению обмена в формате «всех на всех», как это и прописано в Комплексе мер по выполнению Минских соглашений. Об этом заявила сегодня, 20 мая, Уполномоченный по правам человека в ДНР Дарья Морозова.
«Мы настаиваем на выполнении этого пункта в полном объеме уже более полутора лет, после проведения первого этапа обмена в декабре 2017 года.
Заявления украинской стороны о необходимости возвращения удерживаемых – это обнадеживающая новость для родственников лиц, находящихся в плену по нескольку лет. Однако для возобновления работы в этом направлении одних только публичных заявлений недостаточно. Мы ждем от представителей Киева конкретных предложений и полных списков», — конкретизировала омбудсмен.
The Donetsk People’s Republic is fully ready for an exchange in the “all for all” format, as is written in the Complex of Measures for the implementation of the Minsk agreements. Commissioner for Human Rights in the DPR Darya Morozova claimed this today, on May 20.
“We have been insisting on the implementation of this item in full for more than one and a half years, after the first stage of the exchange in December 2017.
Statements of the Ukrainian side about the need to return the detainees are encouraging news for relatives of persons who have been held captive for several years. However, to resume work in this direction, public statements alone are not enough. We expect from the representatives of Kiev specific proposals and complete lists,” the ombudsperson specified.
