На утро сегодняшнего дня объекты водоснабжения КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса» на временно подконтрольной Украине территории Донецкой области пока не отключены от энергоснабжения, водоснабжение Донецкой Народной Республики осуществляется в штатном режиме. Об этом утром в четверг, 23 мая, сообщил министр строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства ДНР Сергей Наумец.
«На утро сегодняшнего дня объекты водоснабжения КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса» пока не отключены от энергоснабжения, водоснабжение Донецкой Народной Республики осуществляется в штатном режиме», — сообщил Сергей Наумец.
«Мы надеемся, что после смены руководства Украины новая украинская власть проявит здравомыслие и на практике продемонстрирует заботу о людях в вопросе отключения объектов КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса». Нам сложно комментировать отношения между двумя крупными предприятиями, находящимися под украинской юрисдикцией», — заявил Сергей Наумец, комментируя обещание ЧАО «ДТЭК ПЭС-ЭНЕРГОУГОЛЬ» о прекращении поставки электроэнергии на объекты компании с 23 мая.
При этом министр напомнил, что остановка канала Северский Донец — Донбасс обернется серьёзными проблемами как для населения по обе стороны линии разграничения, так и для технологического процесса подачи воды.
«Остановка грозит каналу разрушением, а технологическому процессу серьёзными неприятностями и большими впоследствии капитальными вложениями на восстановление», — обратил внимание Сергей Наумец на возможные риски остановки канала Северский Донец — Донбасс.
Напомним, коммунальным предприятием «Компания «Вода Донбасса» вчера было получено уведомление от ЧАО «ДТЭК ПЭС-ЭНЕРГОУГОЛЬ» о прекращении поставки электроэнергии на объекты компании с 23 мая. Под угрозой остановки фильтровальные станции и насосные станции канала Северский Донец — Донбасс, которые являются единственным источником водоснабжения Донецкого региона. Ранее подобные заявления имели место в конце марта, но отключение было отсрочено, потому что Кабинет министров Украины принял решение продлить действие бессрочных договоров госпредприятия «Укринтерэнерго» с водоканалами, пока последние не найдут другого поставщика электроэнергии либо не перейдут в статус защищенного потребителя.

“As of this morning, the water supply facilities of the Voda Donbassa utility company have not yet been disconnected from the power supply, the water supply of the Donetsk People’s Republic is carried out as per normal,” Sergey Naumets informed.
“We hope that after the change of power in Ukraine, the new Ukrainian government will show sanity and in practice will show concern for people in the matter of disconnecting the facilities of the Voda Donbassa Company. It is hard for us to comment on the relationship between the two large enterprises under the Ukrainian jurisdiction,” stated Sergey Naumets, commenting on the promise of DTEK PES-ENERGOUGOL PJSC to stop the supply of electricity to the company’s facilities starting May 23rd.
At the same time, the minister reminded that the shutdown of the Seversky Donets-Donbass Canal would result in serious problems both for the population on both sides of the separation line and for the technological process of water supply.
“The shutdown threatens the canal with destruction, and with serious troubles and subsequently large capital investments for the reconstruction to the technological process,” Sergey Naumets pointed out the possible risks if the Seversky Donets-Donbass canal is shut down.
Recall, yesterday Voda Donbassa Public Utility Company received a notification from DTEK PES-ENERGOUGOL PJSC on the termination of the supply of electricity to the company’s facilities starting May 23rd. Filter stations and pumping stations of the Seversky Donets-Donbass canal, which are the only source of water supply in the Donetsk region, are at risk of shutdown. Previously, such statements were announced in late March, but the disconnection was delayed because the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to extend the termless contracts of the state enterprise Ukrinterenergo with the water service companies until they find another electricity supplier or are granted the status of protected consumer.
