О готовящихся проектах и стройплощадках для возведения новых контрольно-пропускных пунктов по поручению Главы Республики Дениса Пушилина рассказал в эксклюзивном интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР министр доходов и сборов Евгений Лавренов.
«Новые КПП на границе с Украиной будут строиться рядом с ныне действующими, так как они установлены в рамках Минских соглашений. «Они будут соответствовать всем техническим требованиям и жизненным реалиям для упрощения пересечения границ ДНР гражданами Республики», — отметил Евгений Лавренов.
Министерство доходов и сборов совместно с Министерством государственной безопастности ДНР и Министерством транспорта ДНР разработали порядок упрощенного пересечения границы ДНР с Россией для получения паспортов Российской Федерации. Согласно этому порядку, выезды будут проходить централизованно: Миграционная служба будет предоставлять списки граждан, имеющих право получения российских паспортов, а Минтранс выделит автобусы для выезда граждан ДНР на точки получения. По словам министра доходов и сборов, эти автобусы будут иметь особый пропускной режим для быстрого пересечения границы ДНР.
«На границе с Россией первым будет модернизирован пропускной пункт «Успенка». Также рассматривается возможность распределения транспорта, проходящего через КПП «Успенка», на наши Мариновку и Новоазовск, чтобы уменьшить его загруженность», — добавил Евгений Лавренов.
In an exclusive interview with a correspondent of the DPR official website, Minister for Revenues and Duties Yevgeny Lavrenov told about the upcoming projects and construction sites for building new checkpoints at the instruction from Head of the Republic Denis Pushilin.
“New checkpoints on the border with Ukraine will be built next to the current ones, as they are established within the framework of the Minsk agreements. “They will meet all the technical requirements and realities of life to simplify the crossing of borders of the DPR for citizens of the Republic,” Yevgeny Lavrenov noted.
The Ministry of Revenues and Duties, jointly with the Ministry of State Security of the DPR and the Ministry of Transport of the DPR, has elaborated a procedure for simplified crossing of the DPR border with Russia to acquire passports of the Russian Federation. In accordance with this procedure, the trips will be carried out centrally: the Migration Service will provide the lists of citizens eligible to obtain Russian passports, then the Ministry of Transport will provide buses to get citizens of the DPR to the issuing points. According to the Minister for Revenues and Duties, these buses will have special access control to cross the border of the DPR fast.
“On the border with Russia, the Uspenka checkpoint will be modernized in the first turn. The possibility of distributing vehicles passing through the Uspenka checkpoint to our Marinovka and Novoazovsk is also being considered in order to reduce its pressure of work,” Yevgeny Lavrenov added.
