Сегодня, 31 мая, Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин провел встречу со школьниками, которые принимали участие в Международной детской военно-исторической ассамблее «Вечный огонь–2019». Данное мероприятие проходило в течение мая в Международном детском центре «Артек». Также на встрече присутствовали советник Главы ДНР по правам ребенка Элеонора Федоренко и учитель истории муниципального общеобразовательного учреждения «Амвросиевская школа № 6» Лариса Тур. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Администрации Главы ДНР.

Девять учащихся МОУ «Амвросиевская школа № 6» и один учащийся МОУ «Школа № 6 города Тореза» были поощрены путевками в самый знаменитый лагерь за высокие результаты в конкурсе, организованном Фондом социально-культурных инициатив совместно с МДЦ «Артек». Дети успешно справились с конкурсным заданием в форме исследовательской работы «Моя семья в истории Отечества», продемонстрировав высокий уровень подготовки в изучении истории Великой Отечественной войны и своей семьи.

В начале встречи дети поблагодарили Главу Республики за то, что получили замечательную возможность поехать в «Артек».

«Искреннее спасибо за такую возможность – поехать в детский лагерь «Артек», в страну детства. Мы очень рады, что там побывали. Мы отметили там Великую Победу и первый юбилей Республики. Познакомились со многими ребятами, с которыми будем продолжать общаться», – сказала участница встречи Ирина.

Ребята также поделились впечатлениями от поездки в Крым, рассказали о главных событиях ассамблеи «Вечный огонь–2019», об участии в шествии «Бессмертный полк» и других торжественных мероприятиях, посвященных 9 Мая, экскурсиях и походах и передали Денису Пушилину памятные подарки из «Артека» – штурвал и фотографию.

«Мы можем только немного помочь, все остальное зависит от вас, от ваших целей, от того, на чем вы расставляете акценты. В том, что вы подошли ответственно к конкурсу, заслуга ваша. И для меня неудивительно, что вы достойно представили Донецкую Народную Республику, поскольку вы, как никто, понимаете, как важен патриотизм, любовь к своей семье, своей Родине.

Любой народ существует, пока хранится историческая память, пока есть понимание, как и чем жили наши предки. И нам есть чем гордиться, есть на кого равняться! Я очень рад, что вы воплощаете то, к чему мы стремимся. Да, наши девчонки и мальчишки вынужденно взрослеют быстрее своих сверстников, потому что живут в непростых условиях войны. Но вы, подчеркну, правильно расставляете акценты, и ваши усилия оправдываются», – сказал школьникам руководитель государства.

Отметим, что тематическая образовательная программа «Международная детская военно-историческая ассамблея “Вечный огонь” проводится в МДЦ «Артек» с 2016 года. Проект объединяет различные направления работы с подрастающим поколением по сохранению памяти о славных страницах отечественной истории — поисковую работу, краеведение, туризм и многое другое.

Today, on May 31st, Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin held a meeting with schoolchildren who participated in the International Children’s Military Historical Assembly Eternal Flame-2019. This event took place in May at International Children’s Center Artek. The meeting was also attended by advisor for child’s rights to the DPR Head Eleonora Fedorenko and Larisa Tur, a teacher of history from Amvrosiyevka School 6 (municipal educational institution). The press service of the DPR Head’s Administration reports.

Nine schoolchildren from Amvrosiyevka School 6 and one pupil from Torez School 6 were rewarded with a trip to the most famous camp for their high results in the competition that was organized by the Fund of Social and Cultural Initiatives jointly with Artek. The children successfully coped with the competition task in the form of a research work on the topic of “My Family in the History of the Fatherland”, having demonstrated a high standard of knowledge in studying the history of the Great Patriotic War and their families.

At the beginning of the meeting, the children thanked the Head of the Republic for the wonderful opportunity to go to Artek.

“Sincere thanks for such an opportunity to go to children’s camp Artek, to the country of childhood. We are very happy that we have been there. We celebrated there the Great Victory and the first anniversary of the Republic. We met there many guys with whom we will continue to communicate,” participant of the meeting Irina said.

The children also shared their impressions of the trip to the Crimea, told about the main events of the Eternal Flame-2019 assembly, about their participation in the Immortal Regiment procession, festivities dedicated to May 9th, tours and hikes and gave Denis Pushilin memorable gifts from Artek: a wheel and a photograph.

“We can give you some help, everything else depends on you, on your goals, on what you place the emphasis on. The fact that you approached responsibly to the contest is your merit. And I am not surprised that you worthily represented the Donetsk People’s Republic, because you, like no one, understand how important patriotism, love for your family and your Homeland are.

Any nation exists as long as the historical memory is preserved, as long as there is an understanding of how our ancestors lived. And we have something to be proud of, someone to look up to! I am very glad that you embody what we are striving for. Yes, our girls and boys have to grow up faster than their peers, because they live in the tough conditions of wartime. But you, I will emphasize, properly sort out priorities, and your efforts are justified,” the leader of the state said to the schoolchildren.

Note that the topic-based educational program International Children’s Military-Historical Assembly Eternal Flame has been held at Artek International Children’s Center since 2016. The project combines various areas of work with the younger generation to preserve the memory of the glorious pages of the national history: researches, study of local lore, tourism and more.
