On June 4th, Muslims throughout the world were celebrating Eid al-Fitr, one of the two most important days of the Islamic calendar, which marks the end of the fasting that lasted during the holy month of Ramadan. On this day, the Muslims of the Donetsk People’s Republic could have performed a festive ritual prayer at the Ahat Jami Mosque, but the territory adjacent to the religious building was shelled by the armed formations of Ukraine. In the special report, eyewitnesses talk about how the AFU darkened the holiday to thousands of Muslims.
