Со следующего года 12 июня — День России — станет официальным государственным праздником и выходным днем в Донецкой Народной Республике. Об этом сегодня, 12 июня, объявил со сцены на площади Ленина в Донецке во время торжественного мероприятия в честь Дня России Глава Донецкой Народной Республики Денис Пушилин.

«Рад, что мы проводим сегодня мероприятие в знак единства и солидарности с народом России! Мы ощущаем себя частью великого Русского мира. Мы гордимся Россией! Мы благодарны ей. Уверен — будет справедливо объявить День России государственным праздником Донецкой Народной Республики! И в следующем году отметить 12 июня в официальном статусе», — заявил он под аплодисменты тысяч жителей Республики, собравшихся сегодня на площади имени Ленина в Донецке.

Как подчеркнул Глава ДНР, День России — это и наш праздник. «Недаром сегодня столько людей собралось на этой площади. История нашей земли неразрывно связана с богатейшей историей Великой России. У нас общие духовные традиции, ценности и идеалы. Российская Федерация — неизменный надежный партнер и друг Донецкой Народной Республики! Интеграционные процессы сближают нас. Восстанавливается то, что было сознательно разрушено. Мы прошли уже большой путь домой. Уверен — мы достигнем своей цели!

Друзья, в этот день я желаю всем нам мира, добра и процветания. Пусть российский триколор гордо развевается над нашей общей необъятной Родиной! С праздником!», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

Head of the DPR emphasized that Russian Day is our holiday as well. “It’s not for nothing that today so many people gathered in this square. The history of our land is inextricably linked with the richest history of Great Russia. We have common spiritual traditions, values and ideals. The Russian Federation is a constant reliable partner and friend of the Donetsk People’s Republic! Integration processes bring us closer. That which was consciously destroyed is being restored. We have already gone a long way home. I am sure we will achieve our goal!
