Сегодня, 13 июня, Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин провел рабочую встречу с главами городов и районов Республики. Об этом сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
Помимо градоначальников в совещании приняли участие: заместители Председателя Правительства ДНР Владимир Пашков и Татьяна Переверзева, руководитель Администрации Главы ДНР Алексей Никоноров, начальник Управления внутренней политики Главы ДНР Ольга Позднякова, начальник Контрольного управления Главы ДНР Ольга Король, министр экономического развития Алексей Половян, министр финансов Яна Чаусова, министр строительства и ЖКХ Сергей Наумец.
В ходе мероприятия Глава ДНР поднял ряд вопросов: готовность республиканского курорта Седово к летнему периоду и приезду отдыхающих, приобретение спецтехники для городов и районов Республики, а также проблемы, связанные с вывозом твердых бытовых отходов.
«Правительству Донецкой Народной Республики было дано поручение проработать вопрос приобретения спецтехники для городов и районов. Прошло уже достаточно времени, чтобы мы смогли увидеть конкретные результаты», – обратился к собравшимся Денис Пушилин.
Зампредседателя Правительства ДНР Владимир Пашков отчитался о выполнении поручения Главы Республики: «Подготовительная работа по вопросу закупки спецтехники завершена. Исходя из возможностей Республики, принято решение о приобретении 223 единиц техники».
Глава государства поручил Правительству ДНР в срок до 30 сентября 2019 года обеспечить специализированной техникой города и районы Донецкой Народной Республики согласно заявленным ими потребностям.
Согласно повестке дня Денис Пушилин поднял вопрос о подготовке поселка Седово к курортному сезону.
В свою очередь глава администрации Новоазовского района Олег Моргун сообщил: «Поселок Седово к курортному сезону 2019 года готов. Проведены работы по благоустройству населенного пункта, ликвидации стихийных свалок, ремонту дорожного покрытия, восстановлению водоснабжения и освещения, МВД ДНР налажена система пропускного режима – увеличена пропускная способность до 100 человек в час.
В Новоазовском районе расположено 43 оздоровительных учреждения, из них 39 – непосредственно в поселке Седово. В 2018 году работало 25 учреждений – 23 базы отдыха и 2 кемпинга. На летний оздоровительный период 2019 года готовы 28 учреждений – 24 базы отдыха и 4 кемпинга, которые могут принять около 5 000 отдыхающих в сутки», – сказал Олег Моргун.
После этого Глава ДНР дал поручение руководителю Новоазовского района контролировать ценовую политику в сфере торговой деятельности, общественного питания и бытового обслуживания на территории района. А также в срок до 31 августа 2019 года обеспечить свободный доступ отдыхающим к пляжам, находящимся на территории Седово.
Также в ходе проведения мероприятия был озвучен вопрос неудовлетворительной работы ГП «Рынки Донбасса» и ГП «Ритуал».
«В последнее время поступают многочисленные обращения и жалобы от жителей Республики по вопросу организации работы ГП «Рынки Донбасса» и ГП «Ритуал». Ситуация на рынках особенно сложная в Донецке – люди жалуются на полное несоблюдение санитарных норм и нежелание руководства ГП «Рынки Донбасса» принимать меры по устранению нарушений. Также существуют проблемы с предоставлением услуг населению, ценовой политикой и деятельностью в целом ГП «Ритуал» на территории городов и районов. В Горловке, Донецке, Макеевке, Торезе имеют место факты завышения цен на услуги, а также несвоевременного и не в полном объеме их предоставления. Все существующие проблемы в работе данных предприятий должны быть выявлены, рассмотрены совместно с представителями Правительства ДНР и главами городов, районов, и предложены пути их решения», – подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.
Лидер государства дал поручение Управлению внутренней политики Главы ДНР в срок до 21 июня 2019 года провести совещание с главами городов и районов при участии представителей Правительства ДНР по проблемным вопросам работы ГП «Ритуал» и ГП «Рынки Донбасса» и их решению.
Проблема вывоза твердых бытовых отходов также была обсуждена в ходе совещания: «В Донецке услуги по вывозу твердых бытовых отходов для населения и организаций предоставляет ООО «Экологическая компания «Громада»». На сегодня сложилась крайне тяжелая ситуация с работой данного предприятия. Поступают многочисленные обращения и жалобы от жителей города о срывах графиков вывоза и перенакоплении ТБО в районах, обслуживаемых данной компанией. Мы привыкли видеть Донецк чистым городом даже в самое трудное время боевых действий, поэтому недопустимо то, что сейчас происходит», — подчеркнул Глава Республики.
В связи с этим Денис Пушилин поручил Управлению внутренней политики Главы ДНР провести совещание с учредителями ООО «ЭК «Громада»», представителями Правительства ДНР, администрации Донецка и подготовить предложения по стабилизации работы предприятия и выходу из данной ситуации. Срок – до 21 июня 2019 года.

During the event, the Head of the DPR raised a number of questions: the readiness of the republic resort in Sedovo for the summer season and the arrival of holidaymakers, the purchase of special equipment for cities, towns and districts of the Republic, as well as problems associated with the removal of solid waste.
“The Government of the Donetsk People’s Republic has been instructed to solve the issue of purchasing special equipment for cities, towns and districts. Enough time has passed to see tangible results,” Denis Pushilin addressed those present.
Deputy Chairman of the DPR Government Vladimir Pashkov reported on the fulfilment of the instructions of the Head of the Republic, “The preparatory work on the purchase of special equipment has been completed. Based on the capabilities of the Republic, it has been decided to purchase 223 units of equipment.”
The head of state instructed the Government of the DPR to provide cities, towns and districts of the Donetsk People’s Republic with specialized equipment in accordance with their declared needs by September 30th, 2019.
According to the agenda, Denis Pushilin raised the issue of preparing the village of Sedovo for the holiday season.
In turn, head of the administration of Novoazovsky district Oleg Morgun informed, “The village of Sedovo is ready for the 2019 holiday season. Work on the beautification of the locality, removal of illegal dumping, road pavement mending, restoration of water supply and outdoor lighting has been carried out; the DPR Ministry of Internal Affairs has adjusted the system of pass control, its capacity has been increased to 100 people per hour.
In Novoazovsky district, there are 43 recreational facilities, of which 39 are located directly in the village of Sedovo. After that, the Head of the DPR instructed the head of Novoazovsky District to exert control over the pricing policy in the sphere of trading, catering and consumer services in the district and also ensure free access to holidaymakers to the beaches located in the territory of Sedovo by August 31st, 2019.
Also during the event, they raise a question about the unsatisfactory performance of Rynki Donbassa State Enterprise and Ritual State Enterprise.
“Recently, there have been numerous appeals and complaints from residents of the Republic regarding the organization of the work of Rynki Donbassa State Enterprise and Ritual State Enterprise. The situation in the markets is especially difficult in Donetsk — people complain about the total incompliance with health and safety regulations and the unwillingness of the management of Rynki Donbassa State Enterprise to take measures to eliminate the breaches. There are also problems with the provision of services to the population, pricing policies and the overall activities of Ritual SE in cities, towns and districts. In Gorlovka, Donetsk, Makeyevka, Torez, there have been facts of overpricing the services, as well as untimely and incomplete provision of services. All existing problems in the operation of these enterprises must be identified, reviewed together with representatives of the DPR Government and the mayors of cities, towns and districts are to suggest ways to solve them,” Denis Pushilin stated.
The state leader instructed the Internal Policy Directorate of the DPR Head to hold a meeting with the mayors of cities, towns and districts with the participation of representatives of the DPR Government on problematic issues of the work of Ritual SE and Rynki Donbassa and their solution before June 21st, 2019.
During the meeting they also discussed the problem of solid household waste removal, “In Donetsk, services for the export of solid household waste for the population and organizations are provided by Gromada Ecological Company OOO. Today a very difficult situation with the work of this enterprise has emerged. There are numerous appeals and complaints from residents of the city about disruption of export schedules and over-accumulation of solid waste in the areas served by this company. We are used to seeing Donetsk as a clean city, even in the hardest time of hostilities, so what is happening now is unacceptable,” the Head of the Republic emphasized.
In this regard, Denis Pushilin instructed the Internal Policy Directorate of the DPR Head to hold a meeting with the founders of Gromada OOO, representatives of the DPR Government, the Donetsk administration to prepare proposals for stabilizing the enterprise’s work and ways out of this situation.
