На двенадцатом заседании комиссии общественной организации «Фонд Единый Донбасс», состоявшемся 20 июня, рассмотрено 966 обращений от граждан, попавших в трудную жизненную ситуацию. Об этом рассказал сегодня, 25 июня, председатель фонда Олег Балыкин на брифинге в Донецке.
«Комиссией рассмотрено по 282 обращения от жителей Донецкой области, временно подконтрольной Украине, и граждан Донецкой Народной Республики на общую сумму 14 962 000 рублей. Остальные 402 заявления отклонены ввиду отсутствия тяжести жизненной ситуации.
Обращаем внимание заявителей, что горячая линия Гуманитарной программы по воссоединению народа Донбасса информирует о работе всех участников Гумпрограммы, в том числе и о деятельности фонда, однако специалисты «Единого Донбасса» не консультируют заявителей по другим вопросам», — сообщил Балыкин.
Руководитель организации отметил, что «Фонд Единый Донбасс» при осуществлении своей деятельности руководствуется не только своим Уставом и Порядком предоставления материальной помощи жителям Донбасса, оказавшимся в трудной жизненной ситуации, но и действующим законодательством Донецкой Народной Республики. Олег Балыкин также попросил заявителей, которым уже одобрена помощь и согласовано место получения, своевременно забирать выплату, выделенную фондом.
За двенадцать заседаний, прошедших в 2019 году, комиссией фонда одобрено 2450 заявлений на общую сумму 76 936 000 рублей.
За все время работы фонда рассмотрено 26 147 дел, из которых одобрено 9738 заявлений на общую сумму 339 765 840 рублей. По состоянию на 22 июня помощь выплачена 8960 заявителям в сумме 317 182 840 рублей.
At the twelfth meeting of the commission of the public organization United Donbass Foundation, which was held on June 20th, 966 appeals from citizens who have ended up in difficult life situations have been considered. “The Commission has considered 282 applications for a total of 14,962,000 rubles from residents of the Donetsk region, temporarily under control of Ukraine, and citizens of the Donetsk People’s Republic. The remaining 402 applications have been denied due to the absence of gravity of the life situation.
We draw the attention of the applicants that the hotline of the Humanitarian Program for the reunification of the people of Donbass informs about the work of all members of the humanitarian program, including the fund’s activities; however, specialists of United Donbass do not advise applicants on other issues,” Balykin informed.
The chief of the organization noted that United Donbass Foundation, when carrying out its activities, is guided not only by its Charter and the Procedure for providing financial aid to the residents of Donbass who have found themselves in a difficult life situation, but also by the current legislation of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Oleg Balykin also asked applicants whose aid has already been approved and on the place of receipt been agreed to promptly collect their money allocated by the fund.
For twelve meetings held in 2019, the fund’s commission has approved 2,450 applications for a total of 76,936,000 rubles.
