Сегодня, 27 июня, в Курске проходит второй день VIII Среднерусского экономического форума «Цифровой регион».

В рамках форума прошел открытый диалог с врио губернатора Курской области Романом Старовойтом, а также заседание Ассоциации торгово-промышленных палат Центрального федерального округа и Северо-западного федерального округа. Главные мероприятия СЭФ-2019 посетила делегация Донецкой Народной Республики: министр финансов Яна Чаусова, министр агропромышленной политики и продовольствия Артем Крамаренко, руководитель Центрального исполкома ОД «Донецкая Республика» Алексей Муратов, председатель Торгово-промышленной палаты Валерия Булыга.

«Цифровизация экономики сделает в первую очередь доступнее социальные услуги для населения, а также сделает более качественным взаимодействие органов исполнительной власти с различными секторами хозяйствования», — отметила министр финансов ДНР Яна Чаусова, комментируя роль цифровизации в социальной жизни Республики.

Также она отметила, что из представленных на форуме технологий в экономической сфере Республики можно применить цифровое управление регионом.

«Нам интересен опыт и достижения наших коллег в гуманитарной, экономической сферах. Также запланирована встреча с исполняющим обязанности губернатора Курской области Романом Старовойтом для обмена опытом в качественном построении системы управления регионом.

В настоящее время учреждения и организации Республики активно внедряют передовые информационные технологии, позволяющие эффективно управлять финансовыми и материальными ресурсами», — подчеркнула министр финансов ДНР.

Как отметил руководитель Центрального исполкома ОД «Донецкая Республика» Алексей Муратов, Донецкая Народная Республика активно сотрудничает с регионами Российской Федерации и перенимает опыт дружественной страны.

«Например, проект «Правомобиль», который сейчас у нас успешно реализуется, мы переняли у Курской области. Благодаря этому проекту мы можем эффективно оказывать помощь граждан Донецкой Народной Республики.

Уверен, что сотрудничество с Курской областью будет развиваться и дальше», — рассказал Алексей Муратов.

Кроме того, делегация ДНР ознакомилась с работой выставки, на которой представлены передовые технологии цифровизации различных отраслей народного хозяйства и муниципального управления.

Today, on June 27th, the second day of the VIII Central Russian Economic Forum on the topic of Digital Region is taking place in Kursk.

Within the framework of the forum, there was an open dialogue with interim governor of the Kursk region Roman Starovoit, as well as a meeting of the Association of Chambers for Commerce and Industry of the Central Federal District and the North-West Federal District. The main events of CREF-2019 were visited by the delegation of the Donetsk People’s Republic featuring Finance Minister Yana Chausova, Minister of Agro-Industrial Policy and Food Artyom Kramarenko, chief of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic Public Movement Alexey Muratov and Chairperson of the Chamber for Commerce and Industry Valeria Bulyga.

“The digitization of the economy, first of all, will make social services for the population more accessible, and will also make cooperation of the executive authorities with various economic sectors more qualitative,” Minister of Finance of the DPR Yana Chausova noted, commenting on the role of digitalization in the social life of the Republic.

She also noted that among the technologies presented in the forum, digital management of the region could be applied in the economic sphere of the Republic.

“We are interested in the experience and achievements of our colleagues in the humanitarian and economic spheres. A meeting with interim governor of the Kursk region Roman Starovoit is also planned to share experience in forming a quality system of management of the region.

Currently, institutions and organizations of the Republic are actively introducing advanced information technologies that allow efficiently managing their financial and material resources,” the Minister of Finance of the DPR emphasized.

Chief of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic Public Movement Alexey Muratov noted that the Donetsk People’s Republic actively cooperates with the regions of the Russian Federation and adopts the experience of the friendly country.

“For example, the Pravomobil project, which is being now successfully implemented in our country, we took over from the Kursk region. Thanks to this project, we can effectively help citizens of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

I am sure that cooperation with the Kursk region will continue to expand,” Alexey Muratov told.

In addition, the DPR delegation was acquainted with the work of the exhibition, which displays advanced technologies of digitalization of various sectors of the national economy and municipal government.
