В рамках выполнения поручения Главы ДНР Дениса Пушилина Правительством ДНР разработана программа обустройства контрольных пунктов въезда-выезда на линии разграничения с Украиной. В настоящее время уже ведутся строительные работы. Об этом сегодня, 27 июня, заявил заместитель Председателя Правительства ДНР Владимир Пашков, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.

«Ситуация по пропуску на КПВВ находится уже не на грани, а за гранью. Поэтому, выполняя поручение Главы ДНР Дениса Пушилина, на сегодняшний день были проведены проектирование, экспертиза и развернут процесс не реорганизации, а, по сути, строительства новых КПВВ. Сейчас идет строительство блочных помещений для пограничников и таможенников, готовится вся необходимая материально-техническая база, оснащение компьютерами, системами видеонаблюдения и т.д.», — прокомментировал вице-премьер.

Для системного решения вопроса Правительством ДНР была создана межведомственная комиссия, которой был разработан сетевой план-график необходимых работ. Работы на всех четырех КПВВ проводятся параллельно.

«Общее время, которое планируется потратить на оснащение, займет несколько месяцев. Завершение работ намечено на август – сентябрь 2019 года», — добавил Владимир Пашков.

Реализация данного проекта позволит увеличить пропускную способность КПВВ в пять раз.

As part of the implementation of instructions of Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, the DPR Government has elaborated a program for arranging checkpoints near the separation line with Ukraine. Construction work is already underway. Deputy Chairman of the DPR Government Vladimir Pashkov announced this today, on June 27th; a correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic reports.

“The situation with the traffic capacity of checkpoints is no longer on the verge, but beyond the edge. Therefore, fulfilling the instructions of Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, today, design, expertise was carried out and the process of no reorganization, but, in fact, of the construction of new checkpoints has been started. Now the construction of block rooms for border guards and customs officers is underway, all the necessary material and technical base, equipment with computers, video surveillance systems, etc. are being prepared,” the Vice Premier commented.

In order to systematically address the issue, the Government of the DPR established an interdepartmental commission, which has elaborated a network plan schedule of necessary work. Work on all four checkpoints carried out in parallel.

“The total time that is planned to be spent on fitting out will take several months. Completion of work is scheduled for August – September 2019,” Vladimir Pashkov added.

The implementation of this project will increase the traffic capacity of checkpoints by five times.
