В Республике с первого сентября текущего года произошло повышение тарифов на некоторые услуги ЖКХ. Необходимость такого решения прокомментировала депутат Народного Совета Марина Жейнова.
“На сегодняшний день уровень износа инженерных сетей и объектов инфраструктуры достиг 70%. Капитальные ремонты не проводились уже очень давно, сейчас они крайне необходимы. Действующие тарифы не пересматривались с 2012 года, и это удавалось благодаря рациональному использованию ресурсов, запасу прочности коммунальной сферы, а также поступающей нам гуманитарной помощи. Кроме этого, заработная плата работников сферы ЖКХ сейчас одна из самых низких в Республике, что влечет за собой отток кадров”, — сообщила Марина Жейнова.
Также депутат отметила, что даже после повышения тарифов в сентябре они все равно останутся в четыре раза ниже, чем на Украине.
“Все повышения тарифов экономически обоснованы и просчитаны, больше повышений на услуги водоснабжения, вывоз ТБО и обслуживание жилого фонда не будет. Хочу отметить, что эти деньги пойдут на ремонт инфраструктуры и повышение заработной платы работников сферы ЖКХ”, — подытожила Марина Жейнова.
Since September 1st of the current year, the rates for some housing and public utility services has been increased in the Republic. Deputy of the People’s Council Marina Zheynova commented on the need for such a decision.
“To date, the deterioration level of utilities and infrastructure has reached 70%. Major repairs have not been carried out for a very long time, now they are urgently needed. The current rates have not been revised since 2012, and this was possible thanks to the rational use of resources, the factor of safety of the public utilities sector, as well as the humanitarian aid we receive. In addition, the wages of workers of the housing and public utilities sector are now one of the lowest in the Republic, which entails an outflow of personnel,” Marina Zheynova informed.
The deputy also noted that even after raising the rates in September, they would still remain four times lower than in Ukraine.
“All rate increases are economically justified and calculated, there will be no more increases for water supply services, removal of solid waste and maintenance of housing stock. I want to note that this money will go to the repair of infrastructure and raise in workers’ wages of the housing and public utilities sector,” Marina Zheynova summarized.
